Received a box of top loaders that were opened and covered in dust or dirt contacted this company with pictures. Rodney claimed that was my fault. I would assume he was the one that packaged the product with his assumptions. He has to be the most condescending person. He did credit half of the order but it was useless being that I couldn't even use the top loaders from how it was packaged. To ship it back was almost half of what the order was worth. Will never buy from these people again.

I purchased a Miami Dolphins backpack for my grandson. When we received it we realized it was too small for what he needed. I contacted the company about returning it and they responded within 24 hours of my email that they were crediting my account and that I did NOT need to return the merchandise. They could have not been easier to work with... really GREAT customer service!

The products were as described. But the Customer Service was one of the best I have come across within the last year. They handled my special request the very same day I requested it. Did I forget to mention this was on a Sunday. Hats off to the Teamfancave customer service & shipping staff for a job well done. Good customer service has become a lost art but not a Teamfancave.

I believe that if you're loyal to something, then you must have to express this loyalty. So, I have decided to acquire some of the staff from my favorite football team. I guess that th customer support here is pretty responsive and polite.

Totally appreciate the honesty and help of this seller, they could have sold me decals that were completely different from the stock photo like umpteen other sellers on the internet have done but they responded to my msg and canceled the order and suggested a good place for me to find the exact decals that I need. I purchased 7 sport card display cases, but bought the wrong size by mistake. Their return process was the easiest i've ever seen and far surpassed my expectations.

Item shipped was the wrong item, no big deal, it happens. They did send the correct item asap to correct the mistake. Very easy to contact and made things right. Fabulous experience with this company!
