My son made a purchase from this website in December. The order still hasn't been received. I have sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered. There is no phone listed to call this company nor was he provided with any tracking info, so I can't even track the package. I will not be allowing him to do business with this company again. He's only 15 and he used his own money and now has nothing to show for it.
Im extremely happy with the U of Miami dangle earrings I ordered. They are fun and lightweight so they will be perfect for showing spirit at sporting events. The postal service messed up delivering my order and Fan Cave fixed it. I got my earrings in time to give them as gifts at an out-of-state family function. Thanks, Fan Cave!

Team Fan Cave is a SCAM they never shipped my order but charged my credit card and when i looked up their address it is a UPS Stores address. Do NOT buy from this website also hometeams.com has the same FAKE address. The BBB has a lot of complaints from customers that never received their order. FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!
