Terrible fit, bad quality, and no communication after arriving. We wanted to send back for refund but they will not answer any emails with instructions for sending back. We got ripped off and my 17 year old daughter has learned a hard lesson.
I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this site. The dress did not even closely resemble the lace shown in the detailed photos on the website. I sent them side by side photos and they still insisted the material was the same, when it clearly was not. When they finally agreed to a return for partial refund with 30% material loss, I returned the dress. Months later, still no refund, and they no longer return my emails. COMPLETE SCAM. Looks like an American run website, but after you purchase, you see that it is a Chinese company. Shop elsewhere.
Only buy from this site if you have more money than sense as you will never get a refund back.
To cut a long story short, I have given up after paying over £300 for a dress that came one month too late.
Firstly they refused to allow me to return.
Eventually, it was returned as TRACKED AND DELIVERED but they still said that they had no knowledge of it.
What can I do now? Very little, I suppose.
I just received the wedding dress I ordered from this website. It took longer than they said and I couldn't wait to see the finished product. What the company advertises is sadly not what you get. First, I ordered the dress in ivory and received a pure white dress. Second, pearly beads were advertised and the dress had silver sequins and clear plastic beading. Third, the lace that was shown on the dress was not at all what they put on there. Not nerve the same design of lace and it must be the cheapest lace you can buy on the planet. Very stiff and does't drape at all like the picture or like it should period. Fourth, my dress also arrive with some kind of stain on the bottom portion of the skirt! I just sent them an email demanding a full refund instead of the partial one they offer because the dress was not what they advertised as offering. We'll see what happens... but, BE WARNED, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I tried to purchase a special occasion/ bridesmaid type dress from this site. As soon as I put my credit card information Into the site I immediately got a fraud notification from my bank. The site not only charge me the $169 dollars on the invoice from the dress but a separate charge for $174 for no ligitement reason. Stay away!
Warning! LuckyBridal has the worst service... my sister in law chose a dress for my daughter who is the flower girl. We paid $30 to rush it and the site said that we should be receiving it within 5 business days. It has been FOUR WEEKS and we haven't recieved the dress. The wedding is in 10 days and we have NO dresses for the flower girls. So sad that this website exists, the lack of seriousness is unbelievable...
Bought a dress from this site and dress came completely different in colour & material. No one wants to address the issue and no address to return back.
