Services left a smile on my face! I am older, so it takes a little time for me to figure everything out on the computer. Sales representative took the time to thoroughly explain everything! I am very happy with this company and I am glad I chose them over the competitors.

Almost ordered the wrong finish, but a sales representative asked me if I wanted Stainless Steel rather than polished nickel. Apparently customers (like me) think that it is Brushed, by the polished nickel tone has a yellow tint. Glad I listened and they saved me the hassle of returns.

Really pleased with the services rendered by this company. Communication was very high quality and I received my merchandise as advertised in the 7-10 business days. My item was not a stock item, so it had to be ordered. But with my deadline, it was okay so I didnt mind and took advantage of the great deal.
