I was looking for a Delta shower fixture and a Dreamline shower enclosure. Thekboutlet have really in depth descriptions of the product I was looking for, the specification, and the dimensions of the merchanidse. Their attention to the detail on the website was very good and that made me very comfortable. They are very accurate from my past experience of the same product which was a plus compared to other websites. They, by far have the lowest online prices that I could find. They also had a free shipping offer with no sales taxes, which I couldnt pass on. I just finished installing everything and I am extremely satisfied with the result of this company. I would STRONGLY recommend this company and I never write that.

I appreciate that this website has more information available about the product you're planning to buy than other websites do. I wouldn't have found a product-demo video online if I searched for it myself. However, if you're like me and have a ton of questions before buying something pricey, give customer service a call or shoot them an email. I spoke with Paul and he explained to me the differences between two EAGO tubs that I couldn't decide on. I ended up choosing the EAGO AM195 and could not have been happier with my decision. After-all, those LED lights make the water look so soothing. I will definitely shop again when I refurnish my basement bathroom. A+++

DreamLine-D*******-04 for our bathroom project. I placed the order online for a DIFFERENT door but received a notice it would out of stock for quite a while (I apparently ordered the Dreamline D*******) I called to cancel as I needed it sooner than it could come and had to come up with a Plan B fast. The sales rep listened to my dilemma, told me that this door was available in the time frame I wanted for LESS money. I went through with the deal, the shower is beautiful and is now installed. Now my shower out shines my home bathroom... may be time for another upgrade at the house.

I think this is one of the best kitchen & bath companies out there. Will be back! Cant wait for them to open the showroom.

I live in the UK and really wanted 2 Hansgrohe Faucets for my home.
They are very expensive here, so I thought I may get these on my trip to Philadelphia.
I was able to order these in advance and pick them up from their location!
I got the faucets and they are beautiful! I have now arrived home and am installing the products as we speak.
I think this company is very reliable and I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family.

I was shopping around online for a Delta T4767 Ara Roman Tub Trim with Hand Shower and stumbled across this website because they had the best deal. This item was not in stock and took about 2-3 weeks to receive and ship. I was really pleased with their customer service team, they E-mailed me every other day with an update. Once the product shipped, I received the tracking information and it came to my house the next day! I would strongly recommend this company and will definitely shop with them in the near future.

I am not a person to write a review on a regular basis. As a matter of fact, I never write reviews.
This time, however I couldn't resist the urge to express how impressed, greatful and astonished I am that companies like TheKBoutlet still exist. Not only the quality of products are incredible, but the warmth and quality of customer service are, to say the least, are outstanding.
They know everything about their products and more than willing to explain all the details about it. The customer service explained everything about the shower doors, different types of it, which one would be better for my particular bathroom! They waited until I measured the space and gave me advice on what would be better for my particular bathroom and for my needs!
What does usually happen when you already paid for your product to any company? The moment they got paid, they basically forget about you. I'm sure you would be surprised to hear that after I received my shower doors and misplaced installation instructions, I called the customer service at TheKBoutlet and couldn't believe that the person on the other end, despite the fact that the sale was already made, was willing to stay with me for a long time, instructing me step by step on how to install my shower door!
If TheKBoutlet will keep up this work, I am sure they will grow into a huge company that is known to be the best! I recommend them, recommend them, recommend them!

I hesitated to make such a large purchase online, but given the same product was available at a handful of retailers I trust for MUCH MORE, I took a breath and trusted this would work out. I had to order 3 of the Dreamline SHDR-*******-07 shower doors for my house and they are amazing! Very high quality doors and the hardware included complements my bathroom well. I'm glad I purchased from this company.
Arrived quickly, all parts intact, and the final product looks perfect in my bathroom. I'm a big believer in Thekboutlet, and now definitely a returning customer.

Shopped with this company because I did business with them in the past. Ordered a Brizo faucet for my kitchen with the touch smart technology and I love it!
