Results said everything. Wen't up in the charts globally, nationally and locally. The results were clear as day and on top of it all, reviews of my songs were provided. What a bonus! I'm impressed and will be back. Wen't above and beyond.

I paid for my service and was told it would start in 3-5 days. After 7-10 days and sending multiple emails I was told it would start in 24 hours. After 2 weeks and more emails I have heard nothing back. After seeing these reviews I'm calling Venmo to get my money back. How this site wound up on a top 10 list I found is BEEEEYYYYYOND me.

I use to use there website in the past and it has been amazing I've had no issues. Now all of a sudden they aren't providing what they promise they took my money and has not been updating me on what's going on I'll give them another week cause maybe it's delayed if I get nothing back I'm gonna terminate there $#*!ing website

Juss Russ has given me many tips on how to better my career as an artist and I love the feedback I get from them about what to do and how to do it. Their staff is very consistent with their work and never lacking in constructive criticism.

It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I'm hoping this isn't some kind of scam. Please reach back out. I paid money for this

This company gives me complete mixed feelings. On one hand I wanted to get frustrated and on the second hand I wanted to give them a hug. So first off, I was extremely excited when I got my first email reply after purchasing just confirming it was received and explaining what was needed from me. So, cool good stuff at this point i'm really feeling like I made a good choice considering the 30 other sites I could do my music promotion, Yo-PR being the other one I use at times, but not as much recently.

Anyways, I sent the info they requested and got an email back confirming they received it and why they asked for that specific info and basically it was to "better service" my campaign. No problem, at this point i'm really excited and got an estimated time frame for when the promotion would start.

I'd say it has been maybe five days later I got an email, so it was late, I called and got no answer at times which I could understand being that (they are an appointment based outbound call company) meaning it will probably be difficult calling in and reaching anyone at times. Anyways, I was upset because I was ready for my first weeks data report, links and other things they said they include but never got it.

However I did notice my engagement increasing, and since I have a Soundcloud PRO account I could verify where the plays and people were coming from. So there is no tricking me when it comes to real plays etc. So to my surprise I saw that some traffic had come from a link from their site I never got. I reached out and finally got an appointment with one of their staff. They explained the delays and brought me back up to speed. Within 24 hours I got my report, which was similar to what I could see with a Soundcloud PRO account, traffic, locations, clicks etc.

So at this point I am continuing my campaign and will keep you posted on any bad business. As always watch out for the fakes!

I think it's great. Honestly it's legit and unlike the fake ones it gets real attention. They do what is asked and it comes out pretty decent. I haven't had a problem with them yet. Sometimes even wish they would just sign me lol

Since day one JussRuss has been actually involved in their process. I haven't had any issues with promotion, and since this has been my first approach to much-needed promo. It's been great. Musicians if you're looking for good promotion make sure that the service is involved as JussRuss has been. Looking to use their services in the future as well.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting involved with JUSS and Link, only to discover that it operates as a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) scheme. My encounter with this company left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the ethics of its business practices.

Initially, I was enticed by the promise of financial independence and the opportunity to be my own boss. J&L presented itself as a legitimate business, but it quickly became apparent that the core focus was not on selling products or services of genuine value, but rather on recruiting others into the scheme.

Sales tactics heavily emphasized recruitment, with pressure to build a downline and bring in friends.This recruitment-centric approach is a hallmark of MLMs and can lead to financial hardship and strained relationships.

Communication from the company's leadership was filled with hype and exaggerated income claims, creating unrealistic expectations for members. The emphasis on commissions and bonuses overshadowed any legitimate income from product sales. I realized that I was trapped in a system where only a select few at the top could potentially benefit, while the vast majority struggled to make any meaningful income.

My experience has taught me a valuable lesson about the dangers of MLM schemes. I strongly advise anyone considering involvement with this company or any similar MLM to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly research the business model. MLMs often exploit individuals' dreams of financial success while leading them into a cycle of financial loss and disappointment. It's essential to prioritize ethical and sustainable business opportunities instead.

I paid 90.00 to have an EP posted on their blog, etc, it's been over two months, still no post, and refuses to communicate, or return the multiple emails, Facebook messages, etc that I've sent them. I also paid them to post a separate song, and no delivery on their service. How else do I get in touch with these people to get my money back, because as of now this is pure theft.

I paid for promotion and I received the 1st email; asking for a blog write up and bio. Send the email back in less then 24 hours. Its going on 8 days late and I haven't receive anything after 3 total emails and one tweet to contact them. This is a rip off and its sucks I spent 30 bucks; excepting to get some exposure for my newest track on soundcloud. DONT TRUST ITS FRAUDULENT.! I didn't believe some of the post because the 1st email they sent me went to spam and I didn't notice it.

Just an outright scam. Don't fall for the professional looking website and details. Has been well over a month now and despite many emails, phone calls (unanswered) and Facebook messages I have not heard a thing. Absolute disgrace and beyond awful customer service. DO NOT USE JUSS RUSS PROMOTION. You will lose all your money and get nothing in return.

This company has the best service of any digital marketing services I've ever used. They did exactly what they propose on their website, which was got me real feedback from real individuals. They even included different stats to show me the growth of my project, and the customer service was phenomenal. Any questions I had, they answered, and they worried any concerns that I had as well. Truly a company to do continued business with.

For me personally I hate companies that over-sell you on their products and services. This company was the complete opposite. I haven't even purchased anything from them yet but was able to speak with 'a campaign specialist - think' over the phone at one of their listed numbers and swear I asked like 30 questions and spoke with someone for close to 30 minutes and they didn't even rush me off. Very polite workers... So for me whether their service works or not 'Ill have to give it a try' but I did appreciate getting my questions answered and the ease of being able to contact someone.

Don't give any money to "Just Russ" because he is "Juss" a scam artist. Paid 35$ and no services rendered, they also won't respond back. I would have gotten my money back from my bank but the charge was under 50$ so I can't dispute it. He would make more money if he actually helped market people.
