So happy with this tent. It really helped me out on Thanksgiving because it was actually raining outside. But the tent kept us dry, the heater kept us warm, and the lights kept us talking all night for an amazing night with amazing friends. Thank you Mike for the fast shipping, and awesome quality tents. Your recommendations were perfect! By the way it was very easy to set up, just like you said. Only took us 45 minutes.

I am thorougly upset wtih this company. We ordered a tent which is meant to be placed outside of a school so the children can remain outdoors as much as possible in rainy weather. We ordered it and after more then a week, all of a sudden we get a credit back and a cancellation of the order. We have since written, phoned numerous times and noone has bothered to get back to us. Really disappointed - rated #1 in customer service, I'm not sure how possible.

For six months of have tried calling their number and have always been told to leave a message and a representative would get to me. Still waiting. Emailed them at least 5 times and have never received a response back. I do not believe The Gazebo Store is still in business. I would not recommend them based off of their Customer Service.

I write this understanding that Covid has created much difficulty for companies needing to supply and ship within the US. I also write having read their web pages on both shipping and the Covid situation. It still stands that I purchased a tent, the money was taken (for expedited shipping, as well), no confirmation or shipping has been indicated within the very specific timeline they give, and there is *nobody* on the ends of their live chat, phones, or email contacts.

They indicate they truly, really will ship a tent within a day of purchase. It says they may not get back to a customer quickly because they are working during Covid. But this late in the game, with ample time for vaccinations and adjusting to the new norm, the website should reflect reality and if they aren't responding to customers, they shouldn't be taking orders. Now I need to go through the process of finding out how to cancel when their website cancellation doesn't seem to work, and I need to find a replacement less than 2 weeks prior to my event.

Not working with them in the future. There is no way this kind of situation rates a high BBB score.

Tip for consumers:
Call the company you want to order from first - don't use these folks if you don't get a verbal or written response.

I recently ordered a product from the gazebostore.com. Then followed up with prompt emails and tried calling several times to cancel the order. Once I finally was able to speak with someone they refuse to credit the shipping. Any respectable company should except responsible for very poor customer service. I would never use them again and will follow up with the BBB on this matter

Ordered a tent and got them on the phone immediately. After they got our money they never answer anything. Not email, phone or chat. They are a scam.

Horrible product, zero customer service, stay far away from this company. Put up 10' by 30' tent for my daughters engagement party Saturday morning and it collapsed 1 hour later. Very slight breeze that was hardly noticeable. Try to call and email company, biggest joke ever. You have been warned. Don't waste your money.

I order on line and I trying to get in touch with anybody in that company. But nobody pick up the phone, it's just a recorded message saying that they are busy with other customers. I called more than 30 times different days and times. Is this a fake co. I put my credit card already in one order

Don't buy from this company. They will not return calls or emails and the emails they give you to contact them bounce back as undeliverable.

Again, I have been contacting them only through email then it stop after I was told I will be refunded and they was sorry that I haven't received my tent from Fed Ex since Jan 31,2020. Fed ex finally gave me the tracking number which they sent back to the Gazebo store because they said package that I never received was damaged. Now Monday still waiting on my refund. This is a headache. I was told in the email that the phone are down and that why the haven't responded but this bogus., I'm starting think they are ripping people off. I paid $818.99 which includes extra for 1-5 day shipping and I have not yet to receive my money. This is unfortunate that you have customers that depend on your #1 rating and you this to them. I need my money and I need it like today. It took you seconds to get my money but forever to get the trust on your end. I did my part. I'm a business owner and you don't do customers that trust in you like this Ive left several emails and you just ignore them as if I did you wrong. Your the wrong one stop taking people's money that work hard to get it. So wrong. I need my money. I have all receipts, emails, tracking numbers, order number and all. Just give me what's due to me. Just waiting on my Full Refund in my Account before I say that this issue is resolved. It's not right

I purchased 2 party tents that are 10 x 10. What I received was nothing like the pictures on the site. Complete garbage! The customer service is non existing and they do not do returns. A complete waste of $250.00 on garbage that a dollar store wouldn't sell! Stay away from these crooks!

Shorty after placing order I realized I provided wrong shipping address. Party and billing address were different locations. Having just had major surgery I realized between inability to carry tent and recuperating at a different address that I had a problem. Called within an hour of placing order, sat on hold for long time, no answer. Left several messages on different voicemail prompts. Tried "chat", sent several emails. No response. I fee like this company is not operating in good faith. I am contesting charge with credit card company.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PEOPLE. They just don't respond to anything, Life warranty that is B. S.

I got the tent ripped in the seams and also like knife cuts, so much money for a piece of crap. Since Beginning of June I am trying to get in touch with them with NO luck.

I ordered a tent 2 months ago. They did not contact me for a month and waited for me to reach out to them. After getting a refund on the order they didn't ship, I tried to order again because they said it was now in stock. That was 32 days ago. I spend the morning trying to reach them and no one responds to their live chat or voice mails. Looks like I'll have to spend time reaching out to my credit card company. There are a lot of vendors like grainger.com, hd-supply, and amazon that sell the same items - use them instead!

We recently got our gazebo store tent. After setting it up we found it to be a joke... the rent is so cheaply made. All Velcro strips had thread hanging out and holes through tent material. This junk tent material is like Saran wrap... poles are also very weak... we tried contacting to send back and only through email you can do this,, with no response. We spent over $300... horrible place, never a call back to help and never answer email... we can't afford to give these people out hard earned money... Go somewhere else...

I ordered my tent for a birthday celebration and Georgia/Florida gameday. Needless to say, the very first day we put the tent up, it poured, and the canopy leaked from nearly every seam. We had to purchase visqueen to put over it to keep us dry. We also had problems with an entire side of the frame as 3 of the spring-loaded buttons were all jammed up inside the frame. We did manage to get 2 of the buttons fixed but ended up rigging the corner one with a screwdriver to keep in in place. I attempted contacting the company via email, and I have yet to hear back from them regarding their shoddy product. I guess, since they received my $$, that's all that matters. I'm thoroughly disgusted and would NOT recommend this product or company to anyone!

Do not buy it from the gazebo store you will regret it! They only answer the phone while they are in the process of selling you the tent. Once the sale is made they will not answer the phone. If something happens to the tent. You have to use somebody else's phone in order to speak to them. They will tell you that they will take care of it. They won't of course. They will never answer a call from that number ever again. Their warrantee is not worth the paper it's written on! They will not honor it! They will lie to you and I think they find pleasure in lying to people. The Internet is the only place these people can operate. Do not buy from the gazebo store! Be a better friend to yourself and buy from somebody else. Do not buy from the gazebo store!

I ordered a 10X30 tent from thegazebostore. There were other websites that offered a 10X30 tent for a third of the price. I wasn't sure exactly what I was getting but the website said in big bold letters "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" and "FREE SHIPPING". I figured I would go ahead and order it and if it wasn't what I was expecting I could send it back. So I ordered this one thinking it would be stronger and more durable than the others. Wrong. We set up the tent with the poles that connected together. It was easy enough but they would easily pull apart. We had to constantly push them together again. When we put the canopy on the frame and tried to secure it with the velcro tabs, they practically just fell off. Very cheaply made. I sent an email telling them I would like to return it. 2 days later I received a reply stating that I would have to ship it back at my cost. They then would charge me for the original shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee. The email also said "we are aware this could be a costly solution..." and went on to say I could keep the tent for a partial refund of $70. Costly solution? What happened to the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE? Their solution does not sound like a money back guarantee to me. Since I didn't receive a reply from my email for a couple days I called them. I literally got their reply email while I was dialing their number. When I told them I wanted to send it back she told me the same thing the email said. When I pointed out the money back guarantee she directed me to the very bottom of the website where the refund policy was located. This is some shady business practices to say the least. Very misleading. After seeing the tent in person I realized it is the exact same tent I saw on other websites for less than $100. THE EXACT SAME. So even if I keep the tent and take the $70 refund, they're still making a profit. I got duped. Don't you get duped to.

Additionally, the tent I paid $309 for at thegazebostore.com, that I could have bought for less than $100, was advertised as 50% off on their website. They claim this tent retails for $619. Nowhere near worth that much. Even at $309 this tent is way overpriced.

I call the customer service number and no one answers. I want to talk to someone not leave a message. I got on the live chat and I got the same message. "leave your email address and we will get back to you. Unacceptable.

Initially I was very happy with my original order, service and experience.
But several tent poles were bent with some wind during the night. I have been trying to replace these since last September. I have sent multiple emails to multiple addresses directed to me by several people. I have talked on the phone several times and just have been directed to emails. Only one response to the numerous emails which said someone would get in touch with me. That was a month ago with no return message or call. Finally today I was able to talk to someone who, although perturbed with me for my ranting about the customer service, he listened and is sending me a new tent.

I ordered a 10x20 party tent that starts at $159, but added all the upgrades which then totaled $450+. I needed the tent for our Christmas party and paid the $100 expedite fee for 1 day delivery. The next day after ordering I received the Fedex tracking number and it reflected a 5 day delivery. I tired calling several times and sat on hold for what felt like forever. I left 2 voicemails throughout the day and sent a e-mail. It has been three days with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a 10x20 tent for my daughter's baptism party. I set it up a couple days before to make sure it was ok. Well it wasn't... it had tears in the seams where you tie it down, missing Velcro for underneath to hold the tarp onto the weak pathetic things they call poles. The poles wouldn't stay connected so I had to tape every single joint just so it would stay together. Once I got to anchoring it down with the little thin metal stakes... let's just say it was like sticking a paper clip on a piece of floss... useless. I went to home depot and bought large tent anchors and used my 550 cord from the Army to tie it down. Later that day it blew down and the things they call poles bent and broke... I again had to improvise and make splints to keep the pole from keep falling as they were broke. We contacted customer service and they basically blew us off and had us send pictures and than still did nothing. We contacted our credit card company to see what they could do. They said to try to work it out with them. This is just ridiculous what we have to go through to not get a refund on a piece of garbage. We can return it but have to pay for the shipping... not sure how that's fair to any customer that purchases something that's faulty and than makes the customer pay again to return it. This company shouldn't be in business and PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It seriously is a piece of garbage. If they had negative stars that's what I'd give definitely not one star.

I bought a tent from the gazebo store used it twice. On getting ready to set up for 3rd time noticed leg was bent at top not allowing black piece to slide and lock in place. Called and was told to told to email returns. Some magical guy named Isaac (after 2 weeks) responded with read the read the return policy. Basically it said contact warranty department. NO RESPONE. 3 WEEKS

After receiving out tent for a trade show, we contacted the Gazebo Store immediately. The tent did not last one day - velcro separated, seams torn open and the frame would not stay connected at the roof points. To say this was a disaster was an understatement. We had recommended them to the vendor across the aisle from us - only to see the same results. Be careful in trying to contact them for lifetime guarantee refund... nobody is home - nobody answers. Nobody cares

Hi folks,

What kind of store charges your credit card for the purchase, but then holds up the product because they "need a copy of your driver's license" to process the order. Seems to me they processed the order if they took my money. And why do they need my driver's license to ship a tent? Seems like if they needed that, it would be to process the payment.

They held up the order because "I didn't return their calls" (while I was on vacation). They did not hold up on processing the transaction, however.

"George" let me know I could anticipate a refund (perhaps) in 7-10 days. That means they held my money for nearly 3 weeks total.

What a joke!
