I placed a **prepaid order (#*******)** on **4 May 2025** for **₹15,015** and—after being told on **15 May** to wait 14 days for dispatch—have received **zero shipment, zero tracking, and zero communication**. It's now **29 June**, six weeks later, and I'm completely ghosted. This is not just bad service; it's **theft by deception**. I've documented everything—order confirmations, payment proof, "wait 14 days" message, and repeated unanswered follow‑ups. I've filed a formal grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (#*******) and will now: 1. **File a consumer case** in the District Forum for deficiency in service and mental harassment.
2. **Report to cybercrime authorities** for online fraud under IT Act provisions.
3. **Publish my entire experience** across Reddit, Facebook groups, Instagram, and multiple review sites—including this one—to warn potential victims.
4. **Seek full compensation** for distress, legal costs, and bank charges, not just a refund. This scam business must be shut down immediately—they've cheated countless customers, wrecked people's trust, and violated consumer laws. **Seller, consider this your final warning:** refund my **₹15,015** within **7 days**—or face legal action, negative media exposure, and official complaints that will damage your reputation and incur fines. Have been trying to mail them, but there an automated response and after that no reply. Their what's app number- no one replies. It has been more than three months. I haven't seen a service as disgusting as this.
Are they scammers? Will I even get my money back?

I placed an order in November 2024, and it's still marked as "pending." They've changed their phone numbers, don't respond to emails, and have cleverly disabled the comment sections on Instagram and YouTube. What's even worse is that they're still actively posting to attract more people and scam them. Beware of these frauds!

I ordered a suit from them on 11 April 2024. I have been trying to mail them, but there an automated response and after that no reply. Their what's app number- no one replies. It has been more than three months. I have an amount of Rs 4655 with them. I haven't seen a service as disgusting as this.
Are they scammers? Will I even get my money back?
