Don't order from this company. I sent an order in middle of June. I received one item middle of July and I am still waiting for my other item. On the tracking website it has been stuck coming to Canada since June 18,2020. I have sent a few chats that were to be answered by email and I haven't heard from them. Very very disappointed with this service. It is discussing that such poor service should be allowed.

I placed an order on June 4. It is now July 17th. I got a FedEx tracking number that shows the product has been moving all over the country but several weeks ago I also got an email that the package was turned over to the US Postal Service. I don't know how they do it but don't believe the product is shipped just because you get a tracking number. This is a scam. Luckily I paid with Paypal and I should be able to recoup my money.

This place is definitely a scam! I ordered some pet bed from them on 5/6. Sent them several emails. They avoid me after they get my money! No one has responded about my order! It never came. Stay as far as possible from them. They do not even deserve 1 star. I will report them to BBB

This company is worse than the 1-800 number I get on the phone is a scam a piece of crap company I put a order in March 1st still no reply from anyone does it even exist wish I would have read the reviews. The Wish app is better than this place at least you do get your cheap China stuff

I see they have changed their name If I could give this site 0 stars I would I ordered 2 of The Most POWERFUL Tactical flashlight that they had advertised I ordered them on May 21,2020 for a total of $34.71 order#HS******* Original cost $28.72 I wrote support on June 10th to get refund Never heard any-thing back I WANT MY MONEY BACK/REFUND YOU SHOULDN'T ADVERTISE FRAUDULENT ITEMS.

Ordered a product December 19. Contacted them 5 times. NO RESPONSE. They have my money and my product. Total sham. They not deserve 1 star. 0 stars should be an option.

Never order from this company emailed emailed no response ordered months ago still haven't received. Bad business

I ordered a pair of boots in October of 2018. I contacted the company several times for a refund because they said the item was out of stock. They promised me a refund and it is now 16 months later and I still have never received my refund.

Ordered products from the site never shipped emailed the "customer support" and never recieved a response. I dont know why this site is still up.

I ordered from this bogus company on 9/14/19. I found I could not even check on the order's status. Only when I posted a complaint with Paypal did I get an email they shipped it on 9/25/19. Today is 10/9/19 and I still have not received my order. I cancelled my complaint when I received the email that the order was shipped.

I am going to renew my complaint tonight. I sincerely wish I had read these reviews before ordering. At the moment I'm out almost $75.

Ordered outdoor furniture covers which totaled a little over $110. About a month later I still had no shipping info. Contacted them, they said it was on back order. 4 months later I asked for a refund, they said no problem & that they would process it. Almost a year later, I have sent many email with zero response. Please save yourself a headache & don't buy from this site

I placed and order for a jacket at the beginning of December 2018 and have yet to receive my order or refund, now in May of 2019. First they told me my item was on backorder and it could take 3 months to process, then they said they were having technical difficulties and I should receive my refund soon... months later I'm still waiting and can't get ahold of anyone.

Placed order in November. They said it's back-ordered for 3 months, so I requested a refund. The order was cancelled and after 2 months and 3 inquiries about my refund, they always say it's in process and I will have it in "short time".
Edit: Just filed at ic3.gov (fbi and international agencies for cyber crimes) - maybe someone gets arrested.

Bought a product I was sceptical of, tattoo removal cream. I was right to be sceptical they sent me something that was not a removal cream and is instead an antiseptic cream popular in Asia. The instructions were in an Asian looking language, but no translation app could read it in its entirety or make sense of what it could read.

Asked for a refund, was made to jump through hoops sending photos of the product and even asked for a video. First photos weren't clear enough so had to send more. They then claimed that the product was correct and would operate as advertised.

Out of curiosity I used a small amount on a section of a tattoo that I will be getting lasered, safe to say that even after a few uses, there is no difference - although that patch of skin feels very moisturised.

I ordered items in Oct 2018 & kept asking for updates with an email response that it was on back order for as long as 3 months.

I was going to check on it again today & they have no active website. I never received my order or had any communication from them.

That means they stole my money & have my debit card information.

I placed an order Nov 6,2018 for a Dansk Kobenstyle 6-quart Casserole $168.29 USD. Like other reviews here I was told it was on "back order". Never got it. No one is responding to emails and their site is now gone http://thathomestuff.com/

Perhaps the manufacturers of the products these scam artists were using to front their business should get involved? A class action sounds like a good idea given all these reviews.

Ordered an item December 7th 2018 for $132.00 no product has been delivered. I asked for a refund they said no problem. I am still waiting and it is February 1st. They took down their website and phone number and no email. What do you think? FRAUD I hope they rot in hell.

Item described incorrectly. Company would not refund or exchange. Poor service and products that are misdescribed or just don't work! They really don't care. Kept asking for photos of a bottle that was to be a spray but wasn't. A lotion in a pump bottle that was useless.

Never ever please nobody buy anything from this company. I ordered bicycle for my daughter for Christmas in November 13th. I canceled December 4th because didn't receive nothing. I had to buy otherone somewhere else. Now is January 25 and I still waiting for the refund. Customer servis zero!

Placed an order and paid for it and few days later receive an email it was cancelled. I have contacted them via email several times now to get my refund and still have not received refund. This site is a SCAM!

I bought an item and the sent the wrong item I sent pictures to prove their mistake and they refuse to send the right item DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
