I like shopping in their physical stores and decided to buy online. I recieved an order and wanted to return some products. The process was so complicated. Then, I was encouraged to make another purchase due to a sale. The parcel was sent back, but I was not too worried as I asked and they said that they will refund the purchase. More than 20 days have passed and no refund seen. To be honest, at this point I do not even expect to get my money back. A waste of money... Also, I would mention that they take such a long time to reply to your emails.
