I ordered a book and typically read reviews before doing so but made a mistake and didn't this one time. Thank god I ordered it through PayPal and will get my full refund but these people never respond their emails there is no phone number and they don't even send a tracking number of confirmation number! Stick to Amazon, chegg, or valore books. May be a bit more but you'll actually get what you pay for! This company needs to die.

I wish I had seen these reviews first. Terrible company. They charged me for the same book twice. Then the books came weeks later and I refused them like the representative said because I had to rent the book from another website. My refund would appear in 48 hours and I never received it. They charged twice as much as other sites. It was my first time renting textbooks. My experience everywhere else has been great with book rentals.

Ordered 1 book and never received it. Over a month's period of time, I emailed 8 times requesting information about the order and got no response. I looked on the internet and found different phone numbers and tried calling, all numbers disconnected. I filed a dispute with my bank and they recommended filing a police report just to protect myself. This company is HORRIBLE! Stay AWAY! ********SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!************

Ordered a book, was supposed to receive it in 10-15 days received it a month later so I had to drop my class for lack of materials! When I asked for a full refund they promised the would return it after 6 attempts and 5 months of trying to get ahold of these people I finally gave up! They kept my money and the book! This was the worst company I have ever dealt with!
Same scenario as everyone else. Book arrived months late. I returned it but never got a refund. I've emailed several times but no response. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB next. Stay away from this company. They are the worst!

I rented a book. Paid for expedited shipping (3-7 days) it took a month to get. They said they'd reimburse me the shipping costs, they didn't. They sent me the 4th edition even though I paid for the 6th. They said they'd reimburse me %25, they didn't. Now I'm trying to return it. No shipping information came with the book & I can't get in touch with anyone. I've emailed atleast 10 times. Don't be stupid like me & try to save a couple bucks. It's not worth it.

I ordered a book, then noticed the ship to address was wrong in my confirmation email ( I entered a different ship to address, but they defaulted it to my bill to address). So I emailed them about the address and that the book was promised 4-8 day shipping. It has been 6 days and I haven't even received an email that the book was shipped. I got an auto reply that they would email me back in 24-48 hours. It has been over 48 hours, and I have not heard anything. I only hope I can get a refund on this.
Don't order from them, plain and simple. I ordered a book with 5-8 day shipping and received it over a month later which was nearly half way through my semester. After hearing back from them (also late) they said they would refund me the price for it being so late. They never did that. They do not give you a return shipping label "at this time" which is ALL the time. They suck. They suck. They suck. If there was a 0, thats what I would give them, but fortunately for them, the lowest they can receive is a 1.

So, I got my book late and it was the wrong edition but I didnt mind and now that I need to send it back I can't find a way to do it? How do I return the book? I emailed them and they told me to email costumer service to give me an address and I did but, they haven't emailed me back. After reading the rest of the reviews I'm afraid and I just want to get rid of the book. Do they take your card information? Because I did not do it through paypal but, through my card. I emailed them to tell them as soon as I returned the book WEEKS ago and still haven't received a refund. I emailed again to check in on the refund and rather than answering my question, I got an automated response saying they are shipping another book! I have emailed them again and again telling them to REFUND my purchase, and have not received anything back. Do NOT order from this company!

I have used Valore Books to rent/buy college books and they are spectacular! I HIGHLY recommend VALORE BOOKS
Report them to the Federal Trade Commission. Their website has been taken down and reported as phishing.
I ordered a book for this Fall 2016 semester and never received it. After emailing and being accused of receiving the book, I argued back and forth... end result never received the book! TOTAL SCAM!
I order a book for rent on the 1st, paid extra for 3-7 day shipping. 15 days go by and I email them. Only after a second email do I get a response, and they say that my book was "definitely delivered" and I was wrong. After reviewing the tracking information it was delivered to my billing address NOT shipping address, that day. I have been struggling through my college class without this book, and this company has done nothing to help. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Customer service with Textbook Head is terrible once you confront them through emails. I was sent three of the same books, which were wrong to begin with. Sent them back and was told I would receive a refund for the order... after numerous emails, I haven't heard back from them nor received a refund. I would not rent another book from them.
I paid extra for the expedited shipping and no book so far. It's been over a week. They can't produce a tracking number and have now stopped responding
