Me and my children sat for one hour and a 1/2 our food was cold the kids ate it because at that point they were starving anyway my bill was $80 we won't ever go back again disgusting

I've been coming here for years and years and years went tonight with my gift card shrimp appetizer with ice cold I ordered the thing I always order which is top sirloin they gave me filet mignon such a ripoff

( Texas Roadhouse Port Orange, FL) I used to love Texas Roadhouse but after last night I will never go there again. My kids took me for an early Mother's Day dinner. We ordered our food everyone's came expect my granddaughters and my steak instead of being medium came almost well done my daughter in law's came rare and she ordered medium as well. They took back both steaks, brought back my daughter in laws which had a but paper taste and unlike me she ate some of hers but still nothing for my granddaughter! We had to ask again then when they finally brought my second one it was worse than the first way overdone, I asked to at least keep my potato so I could eat something now that pretty much the rest of our table was done and omg my potato was totally rotten. Manger finally came over starting that it's due to training 3 new people in the kitchen but she would take off our bill my meal and my granddaughters. Finally got another steak which was definitely the way I wanted it but by then everyone is done and I over the whole situation. So I got a to go box which will never taste the same as just being cooked. Honestly the manger should of have done so much more she didn't act like it was a big deal. I have to say our waitress was awesome and did everything she could. But the management sucks.

Hair in food food was 30 minutes late no condiments on the burgers and fries were cold this is the Suffolk Virginia location please pass this place by worst customer service ever!

We went to Texas Roadhouse in Goodyear, Arizona today. We used the on line check in. Our party was 8 people; however, the selection on the app only went up to selecting 6 peoople. This required a visit to the hostess desk after checking in on line. The response text as well as the sign inside the restaurant stated to wait in your car until you are called. It was 106° today... are they serious? Of course absolutely no one was following that little rule. Why bother insulting your customers with such a ridiculous rule? After waiting INSIDE in the air conditioning, they would not seat us until our entire party had arrived which required us providing the hostess with yet another update when that occurred. Then, we had to wait in another line until they assigned us a server, then we were finally seated.
Other than the amount of time it took us to navigate their seating/reservation process, the food was excellent. There was not one mistake on any of the orders in our large party of 8.
This would have been a 5 star review except for the cumbersome reservation process and ridiculous "wait outside in the heat" rule.

Started out bad. Waited 1 1/2 hours for a table for 3 even though we were on the wait list. Oh yeah! We sure WAITED. Why do they even give the illusion that you have special consideration by calling? You are still not on their list until you are all standing in front of them. Then you WAIT like everyone else.
Told us they were out of baked potatoes as they served our dinners. Chose Mac & cheese, which arrived as we were finishing our meals. AND it was watery Kraft boxed made with the POWDERED cheese. Waitress confirmed that. Shouldn't a "premium" steak house be serving better sides than that?
Fried pickles arrived late and lukewarm. Rolls are nowhere as large as they used to be and they are stingy with them
"Tender juicy ribs" were crusty and dry. Had to pick off the outside layer( my husband will not return food to the kitchen. He used to work in one). Besides, I'm pretty sure they are aware of the condition of their food.
Will relent and award 1 star because the waitress was friendly, the house salad was good and the water was cold

We used to love to go here but has gone seriously down hill way more than other places after covid.

I understand staff shortages and increased costs but the service is maybe now OK but the quality of of food is so bad that you are better to go to Mc Donalds

I"m sorry but I just cannot say enough bad about this place. SOOOO sad

Great food great service. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Went early not very busy. Manager came by to check on us. Definitely looking forward to going again.

This is the second time I've gotten to go. I have always gotten their 6 oz. FILET. Both times the steaks i went for "to go" they were VERY small and NOT filets. The last steak was so sm. That there was no way is was 6ozs. Before it was cooked. I thought they left it out. It was hiding behind my potato. It used to be so tender you could cut with it with a fork. Now they are so tuff I couldn't even saw it with a knife. It was so sm. There was no way they can cook it med rare. The steak was med. Well except for one bite right in the middle. That was the case on both steaks. It was almost like the meat were they use meat glue to hold together pieces of meat. These WERE NOT FILETS. TUFF AND GRISTLY. $19. For tripe. This was my favorite place for steak.:. Not anymore!

Ordered from gluten free menu, asked lots of questions and got extremely sick by the time I got home. Lasted for a week. I was on vacation and it was miserable. Never trust them again.

I was excited to get a Texas Roadhouse in Salisbury NC. But the past 3 times I went there, I was disappointed. My son and I went and my meat was saw and had to send it back. 2nd time, I took my daughter, Son and grandchildren there for their birthdays. We didn't get our bread or drinks or salads until our food came. Waiters didn't seem to know what they were doing. Food was okay though. I figured since the restaurant was fairly new, I'd give it a 3rd try. Disappointed again. I got the steak kebab in rice. I asked for the meat to be cooked medium. It was so overly cooked and tough it was like rubber. The rice was thick and stuck together and wasn't good. So I asked the waitress send it back. She did, but it was so tough, I couldn't eat it. My granddaughter that was with us, her steak was too raw. Out waitress was awesome. So nice. But after 3 visits, I don't think I'll be back.

Went to dinner with my family last month and service was bad. We didn't get acknowledged till we asked if we can get a server so we can order. We will definitely think twice about going back.
