It only seems to do what I need it to do and it's a great time to use the software in the people are great too I will always use their products over any other products and just take it back to me as soon as they can and it's been like done fixing my phone

After complaining about not being able to properly test their software because of the limitations in the free trial version, they offered me a free registration code if I would give them a 5-star review. In one word - scam.

I purchased a one month subscription to Tenorshare Reiboot to correct an issue on my iPad. Could not connect to my iPad. I've been working with their support group for 4 days and can't resolve the issue. I've given up and have asked for a refund.

I will recommend 4uKey Android Windows to anyone trying to unlock a phone. It is so easy to use, any questions are answered promptly by support staff in a timely manner. They also walk you through until the job is done. I highly recommend this program. A great team that truly care what you think of their program Thank you again.

Worked really well on multiple devices for me. This product allowed me to unlock devices which were long forgotten so that they could be reused for new purposes.
It is easy to use and takes no time at all to complete. I would recommend this to others.

The support team are easy to contact and respond very quickly.

Before I had written that Tenorshare did not live up to their 30-day refund policy, well I was wrong! They returned my money after several emails back and forth, as they realized their program could not solve my issue. So, although my issue wasn't solved, it doesn't mean their program won't solve other problems. Also, before you purchase any other their products, make sure you 100% understand their refund policy. They will also ask you to provide logs once you have completed their process on the program. This is not hard to do, but at least make sure you understand how to pull the logs, incase you need evidence to support you. My previous review was a 1 but I brought it up to a 4 because they put themselves back in integrity because they honoured their return policy.

The product itself may be very good, however, you best be sure that you choose the right product to start with. While it does say there is a fair refund policy, if you choose the wrong product, this is NO REFUND. I was welcoming to the products on tenorshare and had seen some really good feedback, so went in optimistically expecting them to help if I hit an issue. There was help, but it was very generic in nature, and the support team didn't really understand what I was saying. But their reply was "Your refund request is not part of our refund policy". So while they are friendly in manner, the descriptions on their site didn't help me when I chose the wrong product and they refuse to refund. BEWARE and choose the right product. Don't just read that they will provide a refund, make sure you get the right thing, very unhelpful if you get the wrong product.

I purposefully deleted things to see if the software worked and it did not. The site says 24/7/365 support, but once you need it, it says you will get a reply back in 24-48 hrs through email, Mon-Fri. However, the software did recover photos from 2yrs ago, but that's it, nothing else.

I had an issue with my iPad which kept rebooting. I tried the instruction from Apple but it didn't work. Searched on google and came across Tenorshare. Download the Windows edition and it managed to restore my iPad successfully. I also contacted support before purchase and the support was very responsive. So overall it is a good product with good support.

We send a request that we would like to buy software for business and response was immediate and they were offering free trial for testing the software. That tells me about the professionalism of the company.

IAnyGo is not that usefull but works and does exactly what they say but no way to add markers on the map. The license gets fixed to one operating system install, any reinstall, computer upgrade or whatever and the license is lock forever and their support wont help at first. I understand that the 1 computer, 5 devices statement is clear, but with any other software that I have use with the 1 computer policy they can block the license and give you another, normally is 1 computer at a time, not fixed ethernally to 1 computer that may have any number of problems, that may result in a windows reinstall. After a bit of reading, there is a disclamer that you can ask for a change of computer up to two times. An when asked they agreed and added a new computer, but I lost 4 days in between.

Also there is no way to cancel the auto-renewal from a software admin page, you will have to send an email to their useless support.

Tenorshare has a few programs out there that supposedly unlock your iPhones, iPads, etc... Like getting past an unknown or forgotten password, or an activation lock but if you don't research deep into each type of software you could be left scratching your head when you try to do what you wish with it.
I found this out while trying two of their software programs, the 4uKey - iPhone Passcode Unlocker and the 4MeKey - iPhone Activation Unlocker. Neither one of them worked on any of the 11 Apple products I have because they do not exactly do what they say without some factors that make no sense. One being you need to be able to provide the IMEI and the EMID which are only available to see if you are actually in an activated device otherwise you cannot see anything. So to say that it will unlock and activation lock is what makes no sense because you would not be activation locked if you were activated and could see these things to apply them to the software.
The one great thing about them though is that you get no argument when you want a refund of your money and it is done automatically, no questions asked. Good thing because I would have many questions of my own not answers.

They hide the true details of their product offering in the fine print. If you think you can remove a passcode from a locked iphone to recovery the data, you are wrong - they simple re-install ios which you can do without their tool. When asked for a refund, they quite some obscure garbage on their website. They post fake reviews to keep their ratings up. DON'T PAY FOR THEIR GARBAGE.

* Comprar nova chave
* ou mentir aqui dando 5 estrelas, printando a conversa e mandar por e-mails desta forma ganharia uma nova licença, me recuso a mentir e fazer oque pedem e irei atraz do reembolso pois não é uma empresa que irei trabalhar novamente.

Dont recommend. Their product couldnt solve my issue and they didnt give a refund. The customer service is also very rude and unhelpful.
