Review: I recently had the opportunity to use TenorShare software, and I must say I am extremely impressed. The software is incredibly user-friendly and efficient. I don't believe that the reviews posted are from customers. I believe negative reviews never get posted. I purchase a product for screen lock. Said it was successful. But Didn't work. I was offered another product instead which voids refund. Not one time has it worked. Even when it completes says successful. In turn each time took my credit for a device. Not once did it work. Now I'm told I have no devices left and must renew my script. Many emails.no results never worked. Loss of money. Don't believe those successful reviews for a minute, waste of money with added aggravation

Purchased this product after carefully reviewing the description and refund policy for buyer protection. The program could recover the files but they were corrupted and could not be fixed. Sent assistance request and followed their instructions. Still didn't work. The company then offered an upgrade on another product I didn't need. Then offered multiple offers of 20% & 30% refund with forever access to the program. When I refused these offers and requested 100% refund, my email account was blocked and am unable to communicate with the company.

I gave the software a try; waste of 75.00. I had files that had been deleted only a week earlier. The software "recovered" only the existing files on my computer. Basically it gave me everything I already had. All other files it supposedly recovered were unreadable. Didn't recover a single deleted file.
Companies like this can get away with making big promises to take your money but walk the fine line by not guaranteeing any results. It's easy to write your own reviews saying how "great" the product is.

Great communication when in doubt brings calm to your panic fast. Customer Service support is very Valuable and they have the best I have come across. Believe me I have charge backed all the others except these guys and I will renew for another 5.

Quick service & very trustworthy. Worked with Mio, Tenorshare Support Team on a quick fix on my iPhone. They are very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it. I would trust them with any future repairs using my Windows laptop.

I recently bought the software and used it for the 1st. Time without a problem. It's a great application that helps doing a very difficult task thru an incredible easy straight forward process.
I also called the customer service and they replied back super fast with a very clear answer to my question.
Long story short, this is a great application with an excellent customer service support.
This is a MUST have!

This website is misleading they do not provide the proper description of what each product is for and their customer service sucks. They refuse to refund my money but are willing to send me a free product if I give them a 5 star review. If I could give this review a 0 I would. I'm reporting yall to the bbb as well.

The site states 30 guarantee, but, buried in their FAQ's is a qualifier that it must be their software error. Their software did not work on my iphone for a problem described as one that they will fix. Asked for a refund after 2 hours of purchase and they said no.

I strongly advise you to stay away from this company's apps. I was looking for a solution to unlock my locked phone and this company caught my attention on social media. I purchased their product because of the very reassuring comments on their website and their 30-day money-back guarantee. Within a few minutes, I clearly saw that it did nothing. The app was really garbage. After talking to customer service, they said that they will not refund any money. It was stated in their policy that there would be no refunds due to customer dissatisfaction. I left a comment on their website explaining the situation and gave 1 star for this company. Guess what, my comment and 1 star are not visible on their website. There are only 4 and 5 star fake reviews on their website that I believe are absolutely untrue. I warn you to be very careful about the products of this company. Think twice before using their paid products.

The frp unlocking software is amazing. Works great everytime. The after care from Tenorshare is even better! The support staff is very understanding and quick to address your concerns or issues with a resolution that is best for both parties. I highly recommend Tenorshare to anyone needing phone software. Great UI design, and the operation is user friendly. All the instructions are easily to understand. And the most important thing is they're having a good attitude of customer service, they solve my problems on time.

I think it's still the best solution for transfer WhatsApp data from Android to iPhone. Because the alternative way (i.e. Move to iOS) requires erase all iPhone data. Also they have very helpful customer support service.

I had some problems at first and was only able to successfully unlock 2 out of The 5 devices allowed with my registration code.
However, after an inquiry to support, I received a very fast response. And to my surprise, they were willing to give me an additional 5 devices. Can no extra charge new this to say? I am very happy.

When initially purchasing the application, i accidentally purchased the wrong version, the one used for Windows, however, I use an apple product. Upon reaching out to customer service, I had my issue resolved in a timely and professional manner that put me as the customer first. I truly appreciate their courtesy and efficiency in resolving any issues and ensuring smooth use of their application. I highly recommend their services!

Android unlock does not work and they will not issue a refund, but insist on getting other software at a discounted price. I don't need other software. Good thing I paid with PayPal and PayPal ruled the dispute in my favor and paid me back. This company does not keep its own policy when it comes to refunds. Beware!

Although the company offers a "money back guarantee" when you try to get your refund you are put through the ringer and never actually get your money. This app is nothing more than a factory reset on your device. Piece of crap product and lousy service agents

Excellent software and company, I can totally recommend them. Also excellent after sales service! Thank you Tenorshare. PS. I managed to clear the locked to owner message but one major problem, when you turn the phone off it goes back to the same problem, so now looking for another solution!
