How could they charge the customer without its consent? For the same product which does not even work well in the first place.

Upon contact the support they said they cannot return the second charge.

If the company wants to make money they should by fare means not through fraudulent practice

Purchased a product to transfer information from an Android phone to iPhone. The software could not communicate with the Android phone. I contacted customer service and they walked me through all the troubleshooting steps. Still didn't work so I purchased similar software from another vendor which worked great. Contacted them to refund, but still only getting offers of 30% back, 50% back, 1-2 free software exchange. Last is 85% refund. Repeated attempts to get them to follow their agreement when I purchased seems to fall on deaf ears. I am dumbfounded by their devaluing of all their software by offering if for free in exchange, no concept of gaining loyal customers willing to try additional software in the future, and the persistence to try and keep a few bucks from me.

I don't have enough words to thank TenorShare and their team for developing a software that allows you to migrate WhatsApp data from an Android phone to an iPhone in such a seamless way! I struggled for months trying to find a way to do this without compromising my existing data since Android and iOS don't talk to each other. Finding a safe way to transfer my data without losing anything was critical to me since I have important memories on my WhatsApp chat of a relative who passed away. I'm glad I found the right program to finally make this transfer happen without compromising the voice messages and conversations of my cousin who is no longer with us. The process went well and it was quite straightforward. Lastly, it was easy to get the support I needed when I decided to cancel my subscription. I purchased the Lifetime subscription 2 days ago to recover the WhatsApp messages history back to the iPhone but they don't have such feature as per their customer support and refused to refund. They ask to change another software but no refund. That's misleading and scam.

Fast and effective software along with its team of developers and customer support is beyond amazing! Love the company been OG since day 1!

I paid for the app, but the instructions provided were the same found one any YouTube channel or blob in the internet. Despite trying several times, the instructions didn't work on my Samsung phone. I had to hire a professional to unlock my phone. Despite requesting a refund over 10 emails, they won't refund me, claiming there was no problem with the app. SCAM SCAM.

An excellent application that has no analogues. At least all my paths converged on TenorShare. I needed to transfer important correspondence from iOS to Android. During the work, one issue arose, and technical support helped to quickly resolve it. Definitely recommend to use!

Tenorshare actually works! I was skeptical at first but it blew me away I was able to get back into my phone in minutes works way better than iTunes and doesn't take as long best purchase I've ever made!

Do not use this company! They are not a real registered company and their software isn't good. Total scam but have managed to make themselves seem legit.

Their software has completely messed my devices and when I asked them for a refund they simply would not give me one even though it says '30 days guaranteed money back' on their buy page.

Their customer support was exceptionally rude too.

AVOID if you want to keep your devices safe and don't waste your money with these guys.

They write guides telling you all this great stuff of how their programs will easily completely factory reset all the devices in a remarkable way. But they do nothing else than whatever free program would do, heck, even itunes. Do not give them more money!

The product doesn't work. This company pays for positive reviews. They are refusing to refund my money, they ask for certain info - which I have sent - ignore the emails and then request that info again accusing me of not complying. In dispute through PayPal.

Trying to migrate from iPhone 6 to Android 13 (Oneplus 8). Doesn't work. See attached error screen I've got. Poor support, they don't response for one week already (I guess because their 30-day satisfaction guarantee program ends within this timeframe). I purchase 1 month license only to make this tranfer, I didn't get what I want and now they have charged me for another month :(

We had an iPad that was activation locked by another family member who would not share their credentials. We were able to get past that block and use the equipment again. I was very happy with my purchase.

I've bought this service twice, have unlocked nearly 10 devices with little to no trouble at all. I did have a registration / download glitch which normally requires re purchasing the product. They very quickly resolved my issue as a courtesy and for that I'm grateful. Their support team is on point and very quick to respond with resolution. This in addition to 100% unlock rate for me. I will absolutely purchase this service for any future needs

There are so many similar products in the market, but none of them can give me the good experience like Tenorshare iAnyGo. Easy to use, friendly interface and powerful function, I highly recommend this to you guys if you are still considering.
