Tenorshare has continued to save me both time and money helping friends and family recover their devices. Especially for those that aren't the best with technology, it is awesome to look at my grandma when I recovered photos of our grandpa she had taken on her old iphone but she forgot the code to get in. Without resetting the device, we were able to get in, retrieve the photos, and kept the phone intact.

Dishonest & deceitful company. Their product doesn't do what they claim, and once they have your money, you may as well kiss it goodbye even though they advertised "money-back guarantee". Horrible customer service. Same canned responses with lots of false promises, and they try to lure you into trying their other garbage products. Don't do it. Stay away.

There software Is 16 years old it's a complete rip off! Stay far away! There's no 30 refund they are full of it! They are thieves! Crooks lies report your credit card stolen do not dispute report stole lost identity theft that way no one get paid all charges reversed! If you dispute they win! So listen report lost or stolen

This iPhone boot loop repair software did not work for me. I was doubtful that it would but the "30-day guarantee" prompted me to try it. I tried it on two cables, two phones with all software up to date and the Tenorshare software did nothing on standard or deep reset.
After jumping through many hoops; sending screenshots, sending the logs, the support people asked me to do what I had already done - update software, try other USB ports and cables. They clearly are never going to honor their 30-day gaurantee. You should ignore that when buying from their site.

I have tried several software of the same type. Compared with this one, it is easy to understand and functional as advertised. The most important thing is that the functions provided completely correspond to the needs of all aspects, and I can do any action I need On the other hand, the customer service's answer is also very fast and clear. I have bought it for 2 months, and I have no dissatisfaction.

Tenorshare promises smartphone solutions, but its products do not do what is promised. Read the disclaimers before buying anything, and also read the FAQs. Those will provide you with information that will probably make you not want to buy the product. However, these disclaimers are purposefully hidden. Check the Better Business Bureau for real reviews. There is even a comment confessing that they were paid for a five-star review before they received a product. There are also comments about struggling to get a refund, which is the process I have started as well. I have added proof of purchase, and I am only sharing my experience to protect other consumers. Beware of Tenorshare.

I've purchased two things from tenorshare. The latest one is i-reboot. It's such an easy program to use. All of their products are very user friendly and if it's not easy for you, you can definitely get fast and friendly help from their support team. Every time I've reached out to them about anything, I've always had a pleasant experience. I just want to say that Rosetin had been the best person I've worked with so far. Thank you so much!

After I downloaded the app I saw a tutorial how to transfer whatsapp chats from iphone to android completely, in a matter of seconds every whatsapp data including the media got transferred completely without missing a single file thanks to Tenorshare...

I purchased this program as a quick fix for my mom's tablet. She forgot her password pin and now is locked out... this program did not work and there is no refund for their program not working... lesson learned contact samsung in the future...

I have been using Tenoreshare going on 5 years now, their customer service, as well as standing by what is advertised, I have yet to find another Company that us even close in comparison. Thank you Tenorshare for keeping your word and providing everything you say on your website to be true.

Product doesn't work. I tried 3 times and all I got was 3 different write protected locked drives. Oh and yep you guessed it they want to sell me something to fix it. Why would I want another thing from them if their product doesn't work. Also good luck at getting your money back. It'll be a fight. They will also offer you free programs that they sell. Again why would I want that

I bought tenorshare windows boot genius. The email I got had a link for the free version. I opened a ticket reporting that only to receive next day an email to download from the same link. I wrote right away that I had tried this link, no answer until next day. Then I decided to format my HD and ask for reimbursement (I did not use their activation code). Now they do not want to reimburse me. It is been days. Lessons:

1. DO NOT trust their 30 days money back guarantee;

2. Their user support sucks big time;

3. Their software did not work, they were unable to provide a full version for days.

I mean its actually a legit app. Ive unlocked a few iphones with it so far, and its pretty much self explanatory on the how to once you download everything. It did not cause any problems with my laptop or anything of the sorts. The!only way it wont unlock an IOS device is if the find my iphone is on and set up. Other than that it does exactly what you want it to do!

Had a trouble with my ipad password since I forgot about it. So through my journey I found this cool company "TenorShare" It went like this, Cheap prices, Purchased the product,( Not to mention the great service support!)
