My experience with Tenorshare's ReiBoot was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I downloaded the trial version of ReiBoot and following the onscreen instructions, put my phone into Recovery Mode. I then went to take it out of recovery mode and soon discovered that feature not supported in the Trial version. My phone was now completely unusable, and I was then forced to pay for the full version just to try to undo the damage the trial had caused. After paying the $50 monthly fee, the software still didn't work. I followed all instructions carefully, documented everything, and contacted their support team multiple times with clear evidence that the problem was with the software—not my device. Despite this, Tenorshare refused to issue a refund. Their support responses were slow, generic, and failed to address anything I actually explained. They told me it was a hardware fault and so therefore according to their T&Cs (which did NOT mention this) they didn't have to refund me. Out of frustration, I took my iPhone to Apple, and they resolved the issue instantly, confirming there was nothing wrong with my phone itself—just the effects of faulty third-party software. Knowing this, Tenorshare offered me a measly 15% refund. Tenorshare's ReiBoot not only failed to help but actively made things worse. Their refund policy is essentially nonexistent, and their support team is unhelpful at best. I strongly recommend avoiding Tenorshare and ReiBoot entirely. A complete waste of money and time.

I had a terrible experience with Tenorshare and strongly advise others to avoid their services. On March 13,2025, I made a one-time purchase for $21.56 to fix my phone, but Tenorshare charged me an additional $160.15 for an auto-renewal subscription I didn't authorize. I couldn't log in to cancel the subscription because their system said my email (my only email) wasn't registered, despite being used for the purchase. I contacted their support team multiple times (Ticket #*******) starting May 21,2025, requesting a refund, but they refused, citing their policy and a supposed "credit card reminder mail" I never received.
Their customer service is nonexistent—no phone support just an email (*******@tenorshare.com). They sent a registration code that didn't work and offered a lifetime license instead of a refund, which is useless since I can't access the product. Their claim of a "zero-dollar purchase event" was never communicated to me, and they've provided no evidence of any reminder emails. This feels like deceptive billing and a scam to trap users into unwanted subscriptions. I'm now pursuing a chargeback and reporting to the BBB and FTC. Save your money and steer clear of Tenorshare!

Tenorshare Promises Refunds But Refuses to Honor Them – Very Disappointed I purchased Tenorshare ReiBoot on June 20,2025, after seeing their advertisement that clearly promises a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. My iPad had a black screen and I trusted ReiBoot to help fix it. The software claimed the repair was "successful," but my iPad remained completely black and unresponsive. When I contacted support, I was told I had to go get a third-party hardware test to prove the device was not physically broken — a requirement never mentioned before purchase. I do not understand: If I had the technical means and time to go to Apple to get hardware diagnostics, why would I need to buy ReiBoot in the first place? After multiple emails, Tenorshare still refuses to refund, even though: Their product failed to fix my device Their website and emails suggest "refunds are available if the software fails" They never made this "hardware report" condition clear until after I paid Instead, they offered a "lifetime license" for a product that does not work. And they want me to choose another Tenorshare product — when I have already lost trust in the company. This is misleading, dishonest, and borderline deceptive. I will be reporting this case to my bank, and sharing this experience on every possible platform to warn others. Be very careful when trusting companies that make refund promises without clear and fair conditions. I regret using Tenorshare and I do not recommend them.

This company is a SCAM operation. I've spent over an hour attempting to cancel a free trial signed up for. Not only does the software application NOT work as advertised, but there is NO customer service email or other contact where you can email requesting to cancel. Their website provides "Instructions" for cancelling and takes you to a VERY long web form that requires you to enter detailed information about your computer, windows version, etc that is totally unnecessary for cancellation. Furthermore, after you've spent a great deal of time carefully filling out this form (which also doesn't allow you to copy and paste data from the previous times you've filled out the form), you will get a Verification Error when you attempt to type in the letters in the captcha type box at the bottom. This requires you to start completely over, but since you can never submit the form - it still won't cancel. I took photographs and video of all of this so that I could file complaints and also file a chargeback with my bank. They haven't charged me yet since I'm not due to be charged for a couple more days, but since they make it impossible for a consumer to cancel their free trial - I will inevitably be charged and will now be forced to waste more of my time doing the chargeback process with my bank. This company should be ashamed of themselves because not everyone has the time or aptitude to go through the necessary steps to file a chargeback when they are unable to cancel their free trial for tenorshare's crappy app that doesn't even work to start with. SHAME on tenorshare... a morally corrupt company that takes advantage of consumers.

Feels like a scam

I purchased 4DDIG software for flash drive recovery however, it did not and onlu recovered broken images. I reached out to their customer support but, so far they are just giving me a hard. I requested for a refund but, they are asking me for the pictures which I recovered which I shared with them twice. So far they replied me twice and both of the times they are asking me for pictures which I shared already. I am not able to comprehend them. I feel cheated so far. The software didn't work for me and they aren't valuing their refund policy. Just wasting my time and energy so far. Please, avoid any of their software and service and save your money.

Absolutely shocking 😮

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I paid for their basic package for 5 devices in a month. Their registering code did not work at all. I had to send them many emails including logs so they finally admitted it's their fault and it should be sorted in future.
I requested a refund based on their "30 day money back guarantee" and response I got will be published here and on other reviews. Please read below:

Addressing your case with our manager, we came up with a compromise: a partial refund up to 10% could be processed, and cancellation for the automatic renewal to spare you from rebilling. Which means you will have both the partial refund and a free software, you could also keep the current software. May I know if you could kindly accept my good will?

Useless product

Last week, I purchased a file recovery program from [Tenorshare], and it turned out to be completely useless. I was trying to recover a single Excel file but couldn't retrieve it. Even less important PDF files couldn't be recovered. I strongly advise against using their products. To make matters worse, their customer support refused to refund my money, claiming my case didn't align with their policy. In my opinion, they are a fraudulent company selling ineffective products and refusing refunds, even when their software fails to deliver as promised.

I purchased Tenorshare UltData with high expectations based on their advertised promises of data recovery for WhatsApp and Instagram. Unfortunately, the software proved to be completely ineffective.
Issues encountered:

Failed to recover any deleted WhatsApp messages

Found no deleted Instagram messages

Only showed photos already present on the phone, no deleted photos recovered

I contacted customer support, providing detailed information and logs, but they were unable to resolve the issue.

Despite their "30-day money-back guarantee" policy, when I requested a refund, it was denied.

Refund handling:
Initially offered a partial 30% refund
Proposed replacing the product with another, ignoring my request for a full refund

Refused to honor their money-back guarantee, even though the product didn't work as advertised

The lack of transparency and refusal to adhere to their own refund policies is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing Tenorshare products, as their guarantees cannot be trusted."

Be aware.
Recently, I purchased a product from Tenorshare to repair my iPhone. I bought a license for my phone on their official website (www.tenorshare_net) and paid $30.69 for it.

After a month, I was unexpectedly charged again. The support team informed me that the license was auto-renewable. I explained that I am an ordinary user, not a phone repair shop, and that my understanding—as a non-native English speaker—was that the purchase was for "use for one month" rather than "monthly use." I appealed to their understanding and requested a refund for the second charge.

They justified their refusal by strictly adhering to their internal policies. However, I pointed out that Tenorshare itself had failed to follow its own regulations, specifically by not sending a pre-charge notification email to my inbox as stated on their official website. They claimed the email went to spam. I then requested a copy of this email, but instead, they sent me a copy of an email intended for another customer. In my spam folder, there was no such pre-charge notification.

Additionally, canceling the subscription is not as easy as making the purchase. You have to submit a request via a form and wait for them to process it "in good faith." Naturally, their lack of good faith calls into question the transparency and integrity of their support team. As a result, I had to cancel my bank card linked to this purchase.

In the end, I paid $30.69 + $30.69 + $32 in fees for canceling my bank card.

I purchase a month of this crappy software to repair my Raw camera files which are in the ARW format. They claim that it repairs them. It does not! It converts them ARW to JPG files and it did not even repair any of them. They still had the same issues as the original ARW files. I did not want the files to be converted to JPG because I can convert them to that format with the setting that I want. This company is a joke. Now they will not even refund me of my purchase price of only 35 US dollars. They want me to send them some files that will not tell them anything at all. The software does not work and they falsely advertise if will repair my ARW files. It converts the files to JPG and definitely does not repair anything.

I thought I was paying $35 to unlock my phone. Tenorshare snuck in a recurring charge, that is impossible to cancel: only way to cancel is to contact customer support. Only way to contact customer support is to fill out an online form. The form requires detailed information about the order - info that was never provided, or impossible to retrieve. So, impossible to contact customer support, impossible to cancel! Very clever scam

I purchased this software to fix my iPhone 12 black screen issue and transfer my iTunes backup to a new iPhone 13. Despite the software recognizing the devices, it completely failed to deliver on both promises.

The black screen issue, which is even demonstrated as solvable on their YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5flTMpmQE5A), remained unresolved. Additionally, transferring my iTunes backup to my new phone was impossible with their software.

I provided all the necessary photos using their tool as proof, yet their solution was entirely ineffective. If additional reports were needed, there was no clear guidance, nor did they offer any useful assistance. My system has ample storage with hundreds of GBs, so hardware limitations weren't the issue—their software simply doesn't work.

In the end, I resolved my issue for free using AnyTrans, which was straightforward and reliable. This experience was an absolute waste of time and money. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will escalate the issue by leaving negative reviews across platforms and reporting the charge to my bank and Visa card company as fraudulent since the product was non-functional.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this software—it is nothing but false advertising and frustration.

Avoid at All Costs – Terrible Experience
I purchased ReiBoot, but it was completely useless and did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. When I requested a refund under their supposed 30-day money-back guarantee, they flat-out refused. It felt like a scam, and I strongly discourage anyone from wasting a single penny on their software.
On November 24,2024, they responded to my review, claiming they follow their refund policy and asking me to provide my order details so they could process my refund. They even apologized, which gave me a glimmer of hope.
I promptly sent them all the requested details on November 25, including my order ID, email, and a screenshot of their reply. Instead of honoring their promise, they replied on November 26 with a ridiculous "compromise":
1. A measly 30% refund.
2. An offer to upgrade to a lifetime license of their faulty product or some other product from their website.
This is insulting and not even close to what they originally promised. Their so-called "solution" is just a way to avoid honoring their refund policy.
Tenorshare, your actions are disgraceful. You don't even stand by your word in public replies. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company.
