It's hard to Refund

I would not recommend Tenorshare software. I recently purchased the Tenorshare 4UKey and 4MeKey software to unlock an iPad that I no,longer have access to the key code or iCloud password (my brother in-law died unexpectedly.). Their 4UKey software updated the iPad to iOS 17 from iOS 16 and then the 4Mekey won't work because it doesn't support iOS 17. I received an email from Tenorshare customer service that they say that the 30 Day refund advertised on their website is ". It's hard to refund." these are their customer service teams owns words.

I'm an experienced software engineer and this is not a user error or the customer not understanding their refund policy. It's just poor customer service. I've worked with many other software providers and this is the worst I've ever experienced.

Good Luck On The Warranty! My ipad was looping the Apple logo and I could not get it to repair using iTunes. I ordered Tenorshare ReiBoot and attempted to repair it. The repair failed in repair, restore modes and deep repair. After interacting with Tenorshare across numerous emails over 3 days trying everything they suggested, it failed every time. I asked for a refund per the 30-day money back guarantee. I received an email saying the problem with my iPad might be a hardware problem and I would need to get a repair shop to provide a letter saying it was not a hardware problem as they do not honor their 30-day money back guarantee if it turns out to be a hardware issue. Nowhere in the warranty does it state that and, clearly, there is no way you would know if it were a hardware issue when you bought it. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge to my card. Within a few hours, I received an email from Tenorshare saying they will credit my card within 48 hours. Bottom line, these guys are shady. First, there is absolutely no indication that ReiBoot does anything other than deploy the fix provided through iTunes. Second, if you're a poor unsuspecting soul that doesn't push back, they will not honor the warranty. Total scam!

This company's customer service is the epitome of disappointment, and I strongly advise against considering their services.

My experience with this company left me deeply dissatisfied and exasperated. It's almost as if they derive pleasure from causing distress to their customers. The encounter with their product and support was nothing short of appalling.

Initially, I invested in their product, ReiBoot, with the hope of recovering precious photos and videos from my 4th generation iPod. However, it proved to be a futile investment of both time and money. The data recovery process consistently crashed at approximately 25%, rendering the product practically useless.

Upon reaching out to their customer support to request a refund due to the product's failure, I was subjected to a convoluted series of troubleshooting steps. Despite clearly expressing my sole desire for a refund, I reluctantly followed their instructions in the slim hope of salvaging the situation. However, after weeks of fruitless efforts, they persisted in pushing for further troubleshooting instead of addressing my refund request promptly.

After enduring nearly a week of unsuccessful attempts to rectify their flawed product, they abruptly informed me that I was ineligible for a refund. Not only did they squander my financial resources, but they also drained my time, energy, and patience with their ineffectual support procedures.

Their purported "30-day money-back guarantee" displayed on their website is a deceitful ploy to entice unsuspecting customers into purchasing a defective product. They exhibit no intention of upholding their commitments or honoring refund requests.

Despite enduring their agonizingly sluggish support process and complying with their requests, I never received the refund promised by their "30-day money-back guarantee." It's evident that this company lacks any concern for customer satisfaction or ethical business practices.

Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this company. Their product is flawed, their support is abysmal, and their assurances are hollow. I implore anyone contemplating their services to seek out a more dependable and reputable alternative.

They gave me a registration number that…
They gave me a registration number that didn't work. Told me it's been used already. I never used it. Asked for a refund, as they advertise a 30 money back guarantee, and they won't give it.
I spent hours trying to get it to work!
I sent screen shots of the problem and they ask me to leave a 5 star review and then they'll fix it!
THIEVES!

Just leave it to itunes to fix your issue...if that doesn't work, go to an apple representative at an apple store...don't fall for these third party software that act exactly the same way...it's a scam

I am clumsy and really forgetful individual and multiple times now I've found myself locked out of both my iPad and my iPhone because I change the passwords on accident and without these guys I would probably still be locked out about them multiple times over. Because I bought the the Android unlock toolkit and I must have forgotten that I've already put it on more than one of my computer's not realizing that I contacted support and I told him what the situation was and without having me pay more money they took care of the situation for me and allow me to put it on my new computer that saved me a bunch of money that's an awesome team

We our a local IT company in CO.We purchased a "4uKey" from TenorShare" for a client.The Software did not work, saying "it does not support our version of IPAD." We emailed "TenorShare" explaining our issue."TenorShare" response, was a prompt apology and an effort to Blackmail us into writing them a 5 Star review, saying that if we were to go on to "Sitejabber" and give them a 5 star review, they would offer us a different software "4MeKey" that would work, for free, as they would not REFUND us the money. So we lost our money and they lost more.
Can you believe the nerve, how unprofessional & disgusting. PLEASE see attached screenshot of our communication.

I Just want to start by saying Thank you Apple for your Amazing SECURITY LEVEL! And thank you Tenor share for being my go-to tech resource since late 2022 when I've been ditsy and forgotten a password or two. It does happen to even people as perfectly organized as me. Wink Wink lol (sarcasm) DANG time flies. Anyways that being said now we are in 2024 and have grown so much in the service they provide to their customers. They truly are an amazing company and 100 percent HONEST! Wicht is very RARE into days society unfortunately. The best thing about Tenor share is that they will work with you to figure out and master whatever task it is you are trying to achieve. They respond back within 24hrs at the latest at least in my experience and FYI my experience includes over 17 emails to them about all kinds of things I either don't understand or maybe read the description of what program i purchased incorrectly. And even when things have been my fault, Tenor Share has worked with me to make sure I can be successful and i really appreciate that kind of customer service. Thank you again TENRSHR.

Tenorshare stucke for $20.00, the so called software didn't help me. It didn't do anything, it was just a guide. They said they could unlock a Fdr lock on a gateway tablet. No, it couldnt. I went thru multiple directions and it wouldnt go pass the Fdr lock. I factory reset it, I wiped the cache, I did everything it said to do. Now they don't wanna refund me my money so I'm gonna take legal action and get my money back.

Waste of money for the product.

Requested for 100% refund which took me days to get their support reply. Instead, they can only refund 50% for a product which they claim can recovery data?

Totally disappointed!
