Tennis Express

Ordering via paypal required 4 tries before the Tennis Express site connected. Received order on time and accurately filled. Unfortunately I'll now have to "unsubscribe" from all the unsolicited emails I always get from Tennis Express after I order (and wait 2-3 months for emails to stop)

The demo ordering was very easy. My racuqets got here quickly, and allowed me to test 3 racquets I thought I would like. Ended up that they were all too heavy for me. I wouldn't have been able to figure that out without your demo program. Thanks

UPS said they delivered it, but I didn't receive it. UPS came out and showed me a diagram of where they delivered it, and it was on the other side of the street! They tried to locate it by going to the doors and they didn't find it. Now what? UPS filed a report, but still no shoes! Hope this can get resolved soon. Warren Schuller

I evacuated my home onSep 8 and package had not been delivered before I left. Based on reported damage due to winds and flooding I doubt I will find your package when I return after the storm. Perfect describes my order from beginning to end. From prices, to ease of ordering on the website, confirmation of order & shipping, which was a quick turn-around time, and the receipt of the shipment. Loved the extra goodies, what a nice touch! Would definitely order from again.

Service and delivery were good, but the tennis shoes (Asics) did not fit. Too narrow. So I had to return the shoes, but it cost $11.50 to return. Expensive way to try shoes. Makes me think twice about ordering shoes on line. Although I have done it 3 times before with Tennisexpress and it worked out fine. Shoes must fit to be a good deal.

I received your shipment in a timely fashion. I do need to exchange my shoes. I ordered size 11 on the advice of your rep. The shoes are a bit big, may I exchange them for size 10 1/2?

The service was great, however, I am finding that the shoes made over seas these days are not the correct size that I have been wearing for the last 30 years.

I had to return these for a larger size, and I just hope that these fit like they are supposed to?

I've been trying to find a white warm-up to go with various sets of tennis whites. This Babolat fits the bill! It's more fitted, but not compression-like. It's also warm enough to play outside when the temperature is in the 40s.

I wasn't aware that the racket I bought came with a cover since the product detail page wasn't very useful. Ended up ordering an unnecessary cover. Otherwise product was as advertised and arrived in good shape.

First time to buy from Tennis Express. I was very pleased at the quick shipment. I was afraid the Asics tennis shoes would not fit, but I love both styles. I didn't like the Core Head backpack as well but it will work for now. I will continue to buy from Tennis Express!

I paid for extra for the express shipping and received the items 4 days later. I emailed customer service to get a refund on the shipping cost and I never heard from anyone. Will never purchase from them again.

I purchased tennis string reels and when I got them they didn't package very well and the plastic on the reels were smashed. As a tennis stringer, it's an absolute nightmare to get the string out of the reel when the plastic on reel is cracked. And when buying it brand new I had to send it back.

I ordered two pairs of shoes in size 10 and got one pair in 10 and one pair in size 12. Not happy. I do not want to pay for the return shipping when tennis express messed up my order. I paid extra to have them shipped quickly and they came late.

Website difficult to manage. An item was out of stock but couldn't tell until a day after ordering. So you think you've ordered an item when you really haven't. Doesn't allow you to order something else without having to create another order.

I didn't have a trouble finding the items I needed and they even provided a team code for our tennis team so that we could order our team uniforms online and didn't have to come into the store. This was so helpful and convenient.

Arrived on time with no major issue. I had requested a gift card/note but instead the person receiving the gift saw my invoice enclosed. I'm not happy about that! Why mail an invoice when I was emailed the invoice when I bought it and why was the gift note absent?
