Overall good price and quality. Top I got was the wrong color, imagine they ran out of the peachy orange color and substituted a neutral white/grey one instead. Turned out I liked that, but was surprised I wasn't notified. All else was fine and timely, and good to have someone answer the phone and discuss your concern(s).

Tennisexpress has been nothing but wonderful during the last 3 weeks when i purchased about 5 items from them. Given that they are headquartered in houston, i probably should change wonderful to astonishing.The people i spoke to were professional, resourceful and polite... it's now my go-to place for my tennis needs.

After calling Tennis Express on the day my order was to be delivered, they told me it hadn't been shipped because of one color I ordered wasn't available....no email, no phone call, nothing; I wonder how long I would have had to wait, to find this out, if I had not called??? Then they promised express shipping to arrive on Monday; well, it finally came, today, Tuesday, 10 days after ordering, only because I called them, otherwise, who knows how my weeks I'd be kept waiting. They should have given me some sort of refund!!!!!!!! It would cost them less to do that than to lose me as a customer.....
Excellent experience shopping online and received my products in timely manners. Will be shopping again soon.
