Not happy with the demos. Delivery was great, but the demo strings were so dead I had trouble hitting with them and getting a good feel of the racquet. Waste of money

I like the selection and the ease of using the website. Love the new racquet. Having the ability to watch actual users review the racquet was a big help.

They are doing what they love and you are their motivation to meet or exceed your expectations. Not going to happen.

Order Received. Product is as advertised. Great Price. I like the extra cushioning of the gamma overgrip. It has a good tacky touch to it. I highly recommend it to a weekly tennis player. I tried tounagrip but it does not help as long as the gamma overgrip.

Was looking for the shirt I ordered in a medium found it through your site. It was shipped immediately to my door step within 3 days. Will be ordering from you all again

There was a confusion of the shipping address while I placed the order online and paid through Amazon Pay, but they helped me fix the shipping address right away. I received the shipment ahead of the schedule.

I ordered the tennis skirt, The color blue ran on to the color white. I spent a lot of time trying to bleach the blue color of white.

Website difficult to manage. An item was out of stock but couldn't tell until a day after ordering. So you think you've ordered an item when you really haven't. Doesn't allow you to order something else without having to create another order.

Had to reorder my granddaughter's racket due to order being canceled due to a credit card dispute about the delivery address. Called and reordered but order never went thru! Called again and finally reordered and rep was great and gave me 2 day air delivery!
