On time at the right price, how nice! I got them at lowest price for the Pacific hybrid strings and they were delivered promptly!
Items and service were generally good. Items delivered on time. Quality of items could have been better. Polo shirt was a bit light. Also realised that I should have chosen large instead of medium. All the same, using it like that.
But overall, I'm ok
Received my racket in a week or less, and it was exactly as ordered. Tennis Express was the only place that had the grip size I wanted, and their price was the same or better than other sites. Very pleased with the whole purchase process.
Maybe at the beginning, don't ask me to use pay pal and just accept the international credit card that I have been using, it will be great! Tenniswarehouse always no issue for that, because for very stupid reason Nike don't allow you guys(including tenniswarehouse and your kind of firms)to sent goods to Asia, which there are lots of folks like me want to buy the goods rather than re-sell them. The market is there. Indeed. Also lots of folks really like tennis, rather than just wanna earn $. So we will use our international credit card to buy stuffs, and ask our friends and relatives who live in states to re-send yo us, as gifts. Nike don't even allow we to receive gifts? Ha, I really wanna to know why Nike ignore that much in Asia market for tennis. It's not you guys problem I know, but you do have way to contact Nike and tell me what they are thinking. That's what you can do. You know there is no one shop in China Taiwan or Korea or hongkong to buy even just one Rafa shirt as what I bought this time? You don't feel it's kind of strange?

I'm very pleased with my purchase of shoes. I have a good history with the K-Swiss brand, but the website is full of information to help me narrow down my choice. Not many folks can shop for shoes without trying them on. My choice worked great. Shipping was free, and that's a nice perk!

It would be most helpful to include a spec sheet with the demo racquets. Four were ordered and they all had different setups. String type, manufacturer and tension. I will call and inquire if this information is on file somewhere for the order.

Tennisexpress's speedy service is just grand! I have recommended many folks to them. This order I must return due to the shoes not fitting me right, but I am exchanging them for another brand & appreciate that I can do that.
I received free string that matched the one installed on my racquet. Also received a note pad and pen and a vibration dampener for free. I appreciate the special attention.
The racket is great and came quickly BUT, it was strung with the wrong string with a ink stenciled logo (which I didnt want plus another set of string). Lucikly the tension and grip size was correct. The paperwork, in the box, was highlighted with the correct info AND they even called me to check on the string. I reported the error and they said it wasnt worth sending it back to be restrung. I was told Id get 15% off my next order and theyd credit my account for the string. BUT... I got only 10% off my next order, because it wasnt noted anywhere, and I still havent seen any credit back on my account. Not sure if Ill do more business with them, but maybe...
I got really good customer service, I might be little picky but they took care of me...
TE's website says "Order today, ships today." Not true! I ordered October 3rd, but my order was not shipped until October 5th. Also, TE's confirmation e-mail of my order with the UPS tracking number was sent two days after I ordered the items. This is not good as I want to track UPS' progress of the delivery. Nevertheless, my order was correctly filled.
