I ordered racquet replacement grips to be delivered to an address different from my credit card address. I received a voice message from Tennis Express which I understood to say that I had to replace my order. I did so and now have twice as many grips as I wanted. Maybe I will live long enough to use them all.

I received your shipment in a timely fashion. I do need to exchange my shoes. I ordered size 11 on the advice of your rep. The shoes are a bit big, may I exchange them for size 10 1/2?

Unfortunately the shoes I ordered didn't fit, but returning them was very easy and the customer services department was very helpful on the phone. Will definitely continue shopping with Tennis Express.

Everything was fine, the tennis shoes I ordered were the right size and fit well. Shipping and delivery time was normal.

I'm sorry to have to give such a low rating but the shoes were the wrong size so I had to send them back.

It was easy to find what I need & delivered in a timely manner. I ordered two shoes & socks. Exactly what I needed. No problem with my purchase.

I ordered 2 pairs of Nike Flares during the shoe sale and got them for a very good price. Delivery was quick too.

I ordered 3 items from clearance - top, shorts, and jacket. The quality of the top and jacket were not what I expected. The top was considered outerwear but its cotton. The jacket is also very thin. I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything was ok, the time of the shipping and the quality product. I didn´t have problems with the purchased.
