So far so good! Good website, easy checkout, fast delivery. However I will say that better boxes are needed. The tennis bag box was smashed as well as the tennis racket box - no damage but held my breathe when opening! No one likes returns, customers or companies/sellers.

Order was delivered as arranged. Shoe box was totally destroyed by the time it arrived. The shoes were OK.

First time to buy from Tennis Express. I was very pleased at the quick shipment. I was afraid the Asics tennis shoes would not fit, but I love both styles. I didn't like the Core Head backpack as well but it will work for now. I will continue to buy from Tennis Express!

I received my order for tennis shoes 4 days late. They were supposed to be delivered on Friday and I didn't receive them until Tuesday night at 7:30.
Trying to contact your company is one of the most difficult websites I've ever used. I tried to follow your prompts regarding late deliveries and I never did find the proper link.

I understand that one of the items in my order was back-ordered, AFTER I sent an unanswered email to customer service, THEN called the customer service number and asked why it wasn't listed on the packing slip. The fellow I talked to was very nice and acknowledged the email, but the email was not answered, so I had to do the legwork to find out why.

Unfortunately, shoe fit/size was not properly disclosed. Other competitors offering the same shoe recommend buying one size larger, but there was no indication of that when I ordered online. That being said, shoes are too narrow/tight and were returned via UPS two days ago as they are not true to size. I will expect a credit soon! Thanks.

Delivered on time and in good condition so I can get a true feel of the rackets I am demoing. I am looking forward to testing each one on the tennis court.

The pants fit great for fall/winter play, with a pocket for holding tennis balls. The hopper is very durable, holds lots of tennis balls and is easy to move with the wheels.

We got our demo rackets as expected. They were packaged well. We look forward to trying them.
