I purchased this item after reviewing the return policy, which provided for 100% return if the item was unused with all tags. Tried it on. Decided to return. Unused. All tags. They demanded a photo, asked if they could deduct $10, then ghosted me when I pointed out that was not what their own refund policy stated. They also sell on Amazon so I'll take it up with them and reverse the charge, but this company is a bunch of thieves.
