Excelent people there, I totally recoment then. They even did gift me a free hosting becouse I did buy a template
So templatemonster advertises the remodell theme as a fully functioning wordpress theme. What they don't say is that it is actually a child theme of CherryFrame. It does not function without the parent theme and in order to make your website look like the demo, you have to upload and PURCHASE ALL the plugins. To use The frontpage as a compisition of selected posts, there is no theme function support. You have to set it up as a static page comprised of various shortcodes that also don't work unless you purchase the numerous Motopress Plugins. To upload the themeS (plural), you have to use a third party decompress program like 7-zip in order to add your password and access the numerous other zip files within the main zip file. The parent theme, Cherryframe also doesn't have an appropriate stylesheet. You have to refer to yet another, third stylesheet for theme parameters. This child theme was not designed for wordpress! It was adapted to work ithin it using multiple plugins upon plugins that all require purchasing on an annual basis and range from $15-40+ each. They will not refud your money even if it is for reasons like these; technical. I do NOT recommend using this theme or this company.

Yes, since i paid money for a template, it means i thought it was a beautiful template. Unfortunately it came with very poor documentation and although i followed line by line what they write, i couldn't install my theme properly.
So i went to ask to their support. Kind answers to just waste my time. After more than one hour in chat, the girl (supposed to be TECH support) still told me she cannot see any template installed on my domain: she confused her own template (which was broken, wrong) with the original prestashop default template.
Finally i opened a ticket. The day after i received an email claiming they SUCCESFULLY INSTALLED the template. Unfortunately the template was NOT SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED AT ALL.
I answered to the ticket, but they just disappeared. So i asked for a refund and until now nobody answered to me.
Frankly speaking, i purchased many templates from their competitors and nothing like this happened before. Here they just said the template was developed by third party and this is what they can do.
That's all.
100 $ wasted, the next time i give it to the poor people in Africa. At least they deserve it. TemplateMonster, NEVER MORE.
UPDATE -> well, they answered here because we are in public, put in private they disappeared again. "Please tell us more information, we will do our best! "
AHAHAHAH i gave them the ticket number, but now they disappeared again.
WELL I HAVE NO TIME TO WASTE, i have a project ready to start and i can't deal with these... unable people.
Guys, if you buy from them, just hope to be lucky. You know, they also have good reviews, so maybe somebody else has been more lucky than me. Just pray.
