This company responds to reviews, but usually not within the first month
Last year, I bought customized corporate diaries from Tellurian Book Production, they were professional, and punctual and the diaries came out great. I highly recommend this Dubai based Company.
We were a first-time customer and mentioned the products we would like to order. The customer service was good on the first day then went downhill very quickly. The number of times I had to chase for a response and then to receive an official quotation was ridiculous. They then were giving me a price for the wrong quantity of items but as this was urgent for us, we went along with the quantity of items. Then I finally received an invoice after multiple times of chasing for a total amount, to then receive the invoice without the total price, by this point I was very annoyed with the service I was receiving but wanted to complete the job as we were so close and had been going on too long. I called to explain my frustration to be shouted at by the customer service, in their words "calculate the price yourself" "well don't use our services". Shocking attitude, never dealt with such an unprofessional company before, due to this I will not recommend them to anyone and advise not to use their services.

Lucy enquired about 2 products.
One of the products had an MOQ higher than the quantity she requested.
We clearly informed her and she agreed to receive the price for our MOQ so the quantity on the quotation was not wrong.
She sent 1 reminder 24 hours after her enquiry and we informed her that the enquiry was sent to the estimator, she received the quotation 48 hours after her enquiry
Lucy asked for a quotation not an invoice
The quotation she received had 2 items clearly mentioning the quantity and the price per unit, this is the format we send to all our clients
Should she have asked for a Tax invoice than the total would be mentioned
After receiving her quotation, Lucy called us and starting shouting that we are not picking her calls on the landline, we tried explaining very politely to her that we were having problems with the landline and even though she can hear the phone ringing from her side it was not ringing from our side so we could not know that she called several times as she said, but she would not listen and kept on screaming very rudely that we are not picking her calls and that this is very bad customer service.
Whatsapp messages are still in our server, they clearly show that we were answering in timely manner
