Came to dine in on a pizza hut and can't believe they don't do free refills on drinks for guest on dine in and super bad service from cashier

Missing main topping I always order,offered 10.00$ discount on next order.There won't be a next order

The pizza was so tasty I really loved it. The survice was also great and staff was very nice in nature

I placed an order at 5.49pm and received my order at 6.30 It was to go but when I got home the order was incorrect. So I had to go back and wait another 20 mins for the correct order. The place did not even have working air and the order I took back I saw them give it to another customer. I touched those wings.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 9:55pm. While we set outside PHut, we got a call at 10:30 saying that it will take another 15 minutes. They gave us 2 pizzas 1of them belong to another customer. So we had to wait until 10:57pm before we got the second pizza. So you know that the first pizza wasn't hot. WOW only at PIZZA HUT.

Katie. C was very attentive throughout our time at Pizza Hut. She went over and above to provide great service.

I order online and they sent the wrong pizza and she said that what i order but i did't order that pizza and they didn't they didn;t replace the pizza for the right one whitehouse tx

I was here here last summer same thing no air condition. It hard to eat something hot in a closed in space. Pizza was great fresh and hot.

I went to ville platte louisiana pizza hut to order dinner when i walked in The building the smell just hit me in the face marijuana. The workers don't even know what they're doing because they're so high on marijuana. The pizza was horrible the order they had to remake it three times and still didn't get it right I ask for extra cheese I paid for extra cheese did not get my extra cheese. The manager argued with me about extra cheese, so yeah I do not ever recommend going to Ville Platte Louisiana Pizza Hut. I really do blame the manager because he was so high. His eyes were just so red and wide-open. He couldn't even pay attention to what I was saying.

I live in Marion, Nc. Code #4507 dude pay. Last night I went to order a pizza 2 personal pizza. I repeated it to him - three times the third time he said ok and said just a minute and put me on hold. After 5 mins. I hung up called again. This time it was a girl that answered she after the second Time trying to take my order, PUT ME ON HOLD! A delivery boy came with a bill for $38.something. We refused the pizza. Called again and explained to her (Lisa - American.) I wanted 2 personal pan pizza - one supreme and one with ground sausage and onion. She put me hold and I hung up - I For some reason I called Pizza Hut and talked to Lisa again she apologized she put said it was up there I can pick it up Went to up and 1. She never compensated me for the 2 mess ups calls and the RUDENESS to put a customer hold cuz they can't understand you and PUT on HOLD. I know it's hard to get and keep employer's at jobs today But if there is a language barrier let someone else answer the phone. I won't go back,

Well I was having a craving for a good pepperoni pizza so I decided to stop at my local Pizza Hut in the city of Warren Ohio I ordered a $10 meal freezer with a order of chicken wings with bone in flavor lemon pepper the order took about 15-20 minutes and only drive through was open so we sat there cuz it was you know pretty late it was like 8:10 p.m. so me and my daughter waited and I didn't open up the bag all the box of pizza until we got home and much to my dissatisfaction it was only boneless regular chicken bites in a charging 799 on top of not having extra cheese on top of the pepperoni and cheese pizza which I ordered and I received reflex I paid for very unhappy the cashier's scene to not know what she was doing she had to have a manager of some other girl come over to print me up a receipt and she just wasn't that friendly for my service so that Pizza Hut really disappointed me and the only reason why I ate it and I couldn't take it back to the store because it was a 15-20 minute drive back home so I'll never be going to that Pizza Hut again

Picked up pizza from store on North Rolling Road. Got it home and opened it only to discover that it was dry and hard. The crust was thinner than the cardboard box it came in. Seems they had a shortage of tomato sauce to put on the pizza. This help to cause the pizza to be cooked hard and dry. It really was like chewing on cardboard.; dry and tasteless. Didn't return it because the drive twas too far to return to store. Ticket number 0102. No value for the money. Waste of time, money and taste. (Unfortunately I don't know how to add a photo.

We haven't been to Pizza Hut for a long time because of COVID finally got to go we were very disappointed. Walked in and nobody around my husband anyone here he yelled it 3 times before someone came from the back. Sign said no table service so we ordered and sat down most tables were dirty. Breadsticks were good but pizza wasn't the best. We saw the employee work on pizzas take out orders outside then go right back to making pizza without washing hands or changing gloves. We used to love Pizza Hut but they have lost our business. We were there April 24,2021 at 11:46 am our ticket number was #******* CODE 8g92 g7gg nqk We were at the Pizza Hut on Oneida St. In Appleton Bryce took our order.

I ordered a pizza over the phone on 5/16/20 at around 7pm and the person said it will be ready in 15min we got to the store at 7:30pm they could not find the food but had me in the system so they said I had to wait another 15 mins so I sat in my car another 20 mins myself and wife so I went back in and still had to wait another 10-15 mins and when we got the pizza home the center was not cooked it was all dough... I will never go to the one in Richmond Hts. Ohio again

EVEN WITH DOMINO'S CARDBOARD CRUST IT STILL OUT PIZZA THE HUT, THIS TIME!
I REALIZE THEIR VERY BUSY, BUT IF YA CAN'T SEND A DESENT HOT PIZZA,

WE CAN'T SERVE IT HOT, SO PICK UP ONLY FOR THOSE THAT MAY GET A CRAPPY PRODUCT!
