We liv in shallotte nc and love your pizza, but your salad bar needs help, I take 5-6 people with me to eat, we were all wanting salad, the bar is awful people want fresh tomatoes cucumbers, rasins, cottage cheese and pinapple no one wants drab lettuce and beans and so, we were very disappointed, we go every couple weeks, please corp.
Do something about your salad bar. I go to shallotte store 2577 and also the one in whiteville, both are horrible, waiters are great pizzas are great. Thank you dorothy smith, 3372 ash little river rd ash nc *******

Loved Pizza Hut for years. Till this Friday night(2/19/2016). Online menu completely changed. No more breaded bone in wing choices or waffle fries being offered. Only traditional bone in type wings and now breaded French Fries? I took a chance and ordered anyway. When it arrived, the Large Pep Stuffed Crust was cold and coated in cooking oil. Had to dab the oil off with paper towels just to eat it. These so-called fries were more like crunchy breaded potato sticks. Just overall... terrible, awful. Years back, I gave up on Godfathers Pizza for basically the same reasons. Do it to me once and I'm gone... By Pizza Hut!

I ordered by phone and went to Pizza Hut #******* on Georgia in Amarillo, Texas to pick-up my pizza. Order was not ready and I understand why. The Manager Joseph was yelling at the employees to the top of his lungs and everything was in a big mess. I handled the matter totally wrong. I yelled at Joseph and told him to stop yelling at his employees and that what he was doing was a bunch of crap. He instructed the employee on the register to refund my money and get me out of his store. I was out the time and gas to go to your store and thought you might want to send undercover boss out and find out what is going on in your stores. Thank You, Don

This is 2nd time $10 off $20 or more online purchase did not get $10 off, also when ordering online at store #******* (Oneonta) response is coupon not honred at this pizza hut.

I went to pizza Hut in wheatland wyo. I've been there about 8 times over the last three months. Service and food quality has been so so. But tonight was the last stroll for pizza Hut and me. I ordered a medium pizza and said bar, got my salad and was waiting for my pizza.the waitress came by 4 times saying my pizza would be right up. After 1 hour plus still no pizza. But 2 other parties came in after I had ordered, we're enjoying there pizza, wings, and sandwiches. Went to the cashier to pay my bill so I could leave, and all I got was excuses. Keep in mind there were only 4 tables of customers with one ahead of me. Pizza hut your going down fast, it was my last visit.

PIZZA HUT... WHERE HAVE YOU GONE? Had a pan supreme last eve... didn't smell like the pizza hut of old. Didn't taste like it either,,, it used to be the best pizza ever... NOT ANYMORE... little sauce,,, which didn't taste like it used to and not enough cheese to know there even was any... bring back the old recipe and ingredients... till that happens and is announced to the media... WON'T BE BACK... and am sad about that... HELP!
