Teletext holidays advertise h-top hotels in Spain Santa Sussanna 4 star on arrival. So when you look their are only two h-top 4star hotels in Santa Sussanna royal sun and royal sun suites BUT please family's do not fall for this you will always get the royal sun suites on arrival because their is no way it's 4 star this hotel is on a main road it has no outside sitting area around pool the pool is not much bigger than my hot tub and is on the roof and night time entertainment is not very good at all. However you can go to the royal sun hotel in the day and get 4 star treatment these two hotels are miles apart in quality.

I would strongly advise not to book through this company. They were so quick to take my money that they didn't even book the right airport and it took me 5 days to get it changed. Right from the off it seemed they wanted us to book a different airport but we were adamant with the airport we wanted to fly from and still they booked the wrong one and were asking us to just fly from the one they'd booked instead of making them change it!

I was also wrongly advised about passport expiry dates, told I should be able to see my booking online for 11 days with no luck, they put the lead passenger under the wrong name and told me they'd fixed it 3 times when they hadn't at all, I was promised emails and call backs within 24-48 hours that never arrived I raised a complaint and the only response was "please accept our apologies" absolutely not good enough! They seem to think that no matter how many problems they make as long as it's now resolved is all that matters... I predict there are going to be a lot more problems with this holiday!
