They should rename the site Swizzley... Cos they definitely swizzled me out of £39.23 for two t shirts! Delivery charge is a pricey at £5.49 for one T shirt and then I was offered a discount of 25% to buy a second item once I'd placed the order, but they charge you again for delivery on that, that's a con in my book. I've messaged them on the site thus:- Once confirming my order of a t shirt I was offered a second item at a reduced price, but unknown to me, was charged again for delivery. It came as two separate orders. This seems a rather strange way of sending an order for two items of the same type.
I think £5.49 is quite a lot to pay for a lightweight item and to charge again amounting to £10 is extortionate.
If I'd known this, I would rather have given the extra £10 to the cause and not buy the t shirts at all rather than see it wasted on delivery charges.
They are donating the profits to an elephant sanctuary That is the only reason I put in the order and will ask to cancel it now, cos their reply was not favourable.
(Each item carries it's own delivery charge) I wish I had checked them out on google first, but I trusted the woman who sent me the email with the details of this charitable deed had already okeyed it. IU will inform her of the experience I've had.
I got a shirt where the pictures were all pixelated and grainy and crappy looking, and they told me there was nothing they could do even after I sent copies of the pictures. Waste of money.
I ordered a onesie for my daughter to wear on Mother's Day. I paid extra for the speedy shipment and processing. It never came. I have contacted them 5 times telling them I never received my order and that I wanted my money back. I get the same response that they can't refund me. It is now May 25th still no product or a refund. Save your money don't do it. Go else where

Ordered 2 shirts at 2 separate times. Both times had no problems. Shirts were good quality, fit perfectly and I got compliments at work with people wondering where I got them. Note: They were Walmart related t's with a Walmart Spark on them so I was allowed to wear them at work.

This company is full of $#*!. I placed an order on may 13th and it's already July 7th and i have yet to received anything. You can't even reach customer support. I tried calling and the call doesn't go through and i tried sending them an e-mail and it will just generated another basically saying that at the moment no one can assist you. I highly think this is a website that is just for show and loves scamming people. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
