Has been over 4 months since ordered my t shirt - they kept apologize ( canned response) and now have stopped responding.
I don't really want to give it any stars as they are a ridiculous company. Received a t-shirt that was poor quality. The material was thin with a faded print. Asked if I could return product and they only promised to send me another tshirt. Quality of product is poor, so why would I want another one sent.
Asked for refund but company does not seen keen for me to return product - why?
Don't recommend at all.

Recently I purchased a sweatshirt which was delivered pretty fast. Unfortunately, not only it didn't fit( runs small)but the fabric is a very poor quality. They seem not to allow the returns which is not stated on the web. Save yourself time and money, and don't order from them

Phone. No way to contact them... tried everything but no one to correct the problem. They stole $28.98

I never heard of 'teezily' until seeing a charge against my checking account by them for $20.94 this morning! Checked my email accounts to see if I had ever received correspondence from them. Discovered two in my Spam folder... written by someone whose concept of the English language and grammar were horrendous! Anyway, the first email indicated they wanted to sell me a t-shirt, and the second email "thanked me for my order". AN ORDER I DID NOT PLACE! My bank reimbursed me, and it's being investigated as a fraud, by them now. Nonetheless, I 'll post my experience regarding their nefarious activity everywhere I can! I'll also be checking my Spam folder daily.
These idiots sent me the wrong size, I message and tell them. They tell me to send a pic for their 'investigation'. I send a pic, then they reply back this size doesn't exist on this product. You *$#^&ing sent it to me. How doesn't it exist. What a shame. Ordered 3-6 months. They sent newborn. According to them it doesn't exist. Look at the tag.
I ordered a Fathers day shirt for my husband on June 5th of 2020. And did not receive my order til July 10th. I will never order from this site again. They would not refund me due to the order already going through. Also i paid an extra $4.99 to have my order expedited besides the regular shipping cost. I had to order another fathers day gift from Etsy and received it in 3 days in time for Fathers day! This site is a scam.
Ordered 2 shirts at 2 separate times. Both times had no problems. Shirts were good quality, fit perfectly and I got compliments at work with people wondering where I got them. Note: They were Walmart related t's with a Walmart Spark on them so I was allowed to wear them at work.

They don't send you what you ordered, beware! When you complain, they tell you the product has shipped out, give you a phony tracking number, then they tell you it's your fault, you should have written within one month of placing your order, after that, it's just too bad, you'll not get your item nor your money back.
I bought the "Til I see you again" heartshape necklace. I am so disappointed. It is a very cheap jewelry for the price I paid for, 53.53$ (Canadian). It is a print put in a cheap pendant. You cannot see the wings nor the butterflies. My Mom's picture could be more clear. There was glue and a thumbprint on the front of the pendant. They didn't even bother to clean it. The chain looks nothing like the picture they use to advertise. It doesn't even come in a box. Teezily does not supply you with a tracking number. My order was late and when I politely request for one, my e-mail was returned saying that the company block my e-mail. I do not recommend this necklace. Very poor quality! Will not order from this company again.
What you see on the website is not what you receive. The pictures on the sweatshirts are nice and full size. When I received my Sweatshirt it was half the size, fuzzy and off center. Customer service said that is normal. Terrible. What you see is not what you get.
I ordered a customized shirt in early May for my hubby for fathers day. I still havent received it and its the middle of July. I emailed them twice. Still no response. Where's my $40, where's my shirt? DONT BUY FROM THEM! If possible, I'd give a zero. Im reporting them to BBB and consumer affairs!
I ordered 4 shirts and a hoodie in June 2023. I recieved the shirts no problem. The hoodie never arrived. When i spoke to customer service about this, all they could say is it arrived. So im out $60. It is now Sept 2023, and all the shirts are faded or print is gone. Very disappointing.
Ordered this morning a otem for my husband was worried when i did not recieve a e,mail with details but tehn did but told bank they have cancelled my card after reading reviews glad i di hubby wont get his present( but i would rather not have money come out for rubbish goods and be scammed) every contact your bank to stop payment or read this dont use the company they are muck
I ordered a t-shirt on Sept. 15th. I received a confirmation email & followed the tracking. It said it will be delivered on Sept. 23rd. But I never received it. I tried calling the number & they don't answer. I can get any answers through email. Then yesterday I get an email from them with a new confirmation. I checked that tracking & it says it will arrive October 12th. This doesn't make any sense to me. I'm pissed off & just wish they would communicate with me.
I ordered an over priced T-shirt in a size larger than I wear. It took weeks to arrive, the material is super thin and it is sized more like 2 sizes smaller than it is labeled. I asked how to return it (twice)and weeks later got a reply that I have to send pictures of the shirt being measured to prove it is too small. I should just be able to return or exchange it. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. Never buy from them, there are plenty of better companies to give your business.
Delivery arrived two weeks late, despite expedited shipping and assurances it would make it in 2-3 days. No responses to emails sent to customer service.
Garbage service that will hopefully not survive long.
I ordered a hoodie 3 weeks ago for Father's Day, they took my money immediately and gave me a order code, signed in to check the status of my order and it says I never made one yet the $60 was taken from my account. I've emailed them 3/4 time's with no response. I will be plastering all over social media to warn people to never order from here. If it were an option I'd give negative stars.
I placed my order December 4th and everyday it states my 3 items are arriving that day, I have emailed 3 times with no response, guess I will have to report them as this is a total scam!
I purchased a T-shirt for $25 and after waiting 3 weeks to receive it, it arrived damaged. The colors were faded and there are tiny holes in the fabric. I tried contacting Teezily's customer service on many occasions and they are unresponsive.
