Ordered shirt in Sept. It got lost. I e-mailed with "Grace" for 3 months. Still no shirt. Now I'm just being ignored, that is why I'm giving a negative review. Don't buy from them. Buy American products.
Customer Service is very important with a company. They have 1 lady named Grace who is of no help. They asked me to take pics. Tom Seaver was not even alive in 1869 when they saw he won his first Cy Young award. He was a World Champion in 1969 not 1989. This shirt is to celebrate his life. Have sent like 10 emails. I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas on December 10th. I paid the $7.99 shipping fee and I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. After sending out 3 requests for a tracking number I finally received a response on December 26. Jessica from "Customer Service" said that my package had been shipped and would arrive by December 28. When I checked the tracking number I saw that my order wasn't processed until December 23. The package didn't arrive until January 2. I contacted them twice now about refunding the shipping charge and didn't get any response. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission because they didn't notify me of any delay and my bank is disputing the shipping charge. Save yourself hassle and find a different company to use. It will make your life easier.
Ordered one shirt as a gift. Never received, now I think it was never shipped and I was provided a bogus tracking number. Bad customer service - their emails contain a photo to dupe customers into thinking it's legitimate.
BEWARE of this company -- beware of ANY company that does business under multiple names (in this case, teeshirt21 AND Dino21). Scammers, period.
I own an embroidery shop and was thinking of ordering some of their sceenprint to sell in my store. Made a small test order of 2 shirts for my son and their website said order by Dec. 12 for Christmas arrival... Shirts I ordered said" In Stock" at time of order. After checking status several times online up until Dec. 22 order said "PRINTING" OK maybe just a cute term for getting it ready and boxed, since it did say " In stock" when they charged my card on the 12th. Finally on the 22nd of December website said shipped on Dec. 12, figured computer just didn't update... Nope tracked on usps and shipping label wasn't even created until the 22nd with an estimated delivery of the 28th... I'm sure they will blame it on usps but facts are facts and lies are lies, you told me you shipped it on the 12th. My son will be sad, but I'm glad I didn't make a $10,000 dollar purchase with a company that will lie about a 2 shirt purchase... Steer clear!
Answer: Not easy. They will claim your email "was lost in our system", they post a fake photo to dupe you into thinking their "customer service" is legit.
