So within the 2 week time frame I contacted the company twice with no response. After I write a bad review, then I get a response stating they cannot help me since the 2 weeks has passed. I didn't order the wrong size. They sent the wrong size. Now I am stuck with a child size shirt for an adult teacher. I will never order from this company again.

I have to special order because bookkeeper is not one of their choices. When I got my shirt they misspelled bookkeeper! I went back and doubled checked the order and everything was spelled correctly. I emailed them twice for a replacement. Of course they said they'll get back to me in 72 hours. Well, something's not adding up, 72 hours have come and gone at At least three times. I'm NOT a happy BOOKKEEPER right now! AND when I tried to submit a fourth complaint today the order number could not be found! I just want the shirt with the correct spelling. Is that too much to ask?

A group of us recently ordered "care bear" shirts. I washed my t shirt once and the image started to come off and when I washed it a second time the image almost totally peeled off. I wrote an email to them and no response.

I want to start by saying that the actual design is nice. Color and lines are on point. Main reason why I went through with this shirt order was because the sponsored image on Instagram clearly shows that it's a "canvas" type t-shirt but when I finally received it, it was actually a GILDAN shirt. I'm not a fan of GILDAN. I love for all my teacher teacher shirts to be canvas. They're just better quality shirts. So that was MISLEADING and FALSE advertisement. Also, when i opened my package, it looked like someone just grabbed my shirt and threw it in the bag as if they hated their job. It wasn't folded nor was it prepackaged in a smaller and more fitted bag for a well folded shirt to fit in. So i wasn't even excited or pleased when opening this packaged as I was ordering it. I was very disappointed and will not be ordering for them again.

I have been trying to get ahold of the company within a few minutes after I ordered. I have emailed and messaged directly through the site with the customer service link. I had made a mistake with my address and saw it seconds after I completed the purchase. I first tried to find a phone number which does not seem to exist. After zero responses from any form of contact, I called DHL who does their shipping. Come to find out, they use DHL international. The California address must be a front to make people feel that it is an American company. Nope it isn't. DHL transfers to USPS who couldn't help me until they had control of the package. USPS gained control over the 4th weekend so I couldn't contact them. This means that I have to go sit outside the house that I recently sold waiting for the mailperson to deliver my package and I can show ID. Yes I made a mistake but I just needed the shipping label changed..

I got exactly what I wanted and it came much sooner than anticipated. The shirt was of great quality, nicely printed and fit true to size. Will use this website again soon.

I ordered a teacher shirt from teeready.com I washed it one time, in cold water, then air dried. After this first wash and air dry, the shirt and the image on the front is faded and has cracks in the imaging... with one wash. I contacted them directly to get a new print, didn't even ask for refund, just a reprint and I was told it didn't meet the requirements for a reprint. Please rethink using this company for your shirts.
