Ordering clothes online is always hit or miss, considering you can't size it or perfectly judge quality from a picture, but I ordered six things from Teenavi for my mother and sister, and I am so pleased with every one of them that I have added my own requests from this site to my wishlist. Good quality, both were very pleased with their gifts, I will definitely shop here again!
Everything about my experience with TeeNavi was AWESOME! I contacted the Help Desk for help, I not only got GREAT help, but it was timely and no matter how much I emailed asking questions, they answered every single one of them the FIRST time! No runaround or asking stupid questions back like most help desks seem to do these days! I customized 2 of my 5 hoodies and had questions on 2 others, and they emailed me the mockup, tweeked whatever I wanted changed, and with no hassle! I got the hoodies super quick and they not only were all correct but OH SO BEAUTIFUL! The quality of the pictures was amazing! The best that I have ever had from an online hoodie shop and I order from a LOT! I live in my hoodies and have way more than any sane person should (like probably over 50... and counting!) and I honestly won't order from anywhere else ever again!

This is the 2nd GVF shirt I've ordered from TeeNavi. They print as you order so it take a week or 10 days but the shirts are nice, the printing is good, and it comes to you pretty quickly. They were also good about communicating with me about what would be the best color tshirt to have the graphic printed on. They are a good company and the shirts look nice and wash up well.

I am very pleased with my t-shirts and sweatshirts. All were true to size, well made, and just as pictured.
So, back on May 24 2020, I placed an order online for a tshirt. I selected "white" as the color and there is printing on the shirt. Then June 4,2020 I got a email saying the color was out of stock and all they had was grey which was fine. So, I responded and then I got a reply that the wording was so "difficult", for lack of a better terms to understand in places that they changed the order and it would be finished soon. I understand there are delays with everything right now and I'm totally fine with that. Then on June 7,20 I got an update email saying my order has been "shipped to the shipping process", but no tracking info or other info. It's now June 20,2020 and I emailed again asking if it was shipped and got the 3rd email saying the same thing about it "being shipped to shipping "and "maybe the shipper is trying to ship to you, so please help us help you to waiting for it"... idk what will show up, if anything. But, $30 for a t shirt, I hope it's nice and fits. It's just frustrating to get emails that dont read very well and are hard to understand. The company is based out of Tx, USA, so not sure why it's so hard to get a email I can make sense of. I wont order again. It's easier to do amazon. I wanted to help a smaller place out right now. But, it's very frustrating.
I finally went to PayPal to file a dispute and get a refund. The store actually seems to located in China, it's not US based. Website says orders ship in 3-5 days. I emailed them after 2 weeks and they didn't respond. Now it's been 3 weeks and no response and has not shipped.
Order shirt sent wrong shirt with wrong picture on it, contacted them for refund told me they'll send me replacement at no charge and they don't refund. Told them I don't want shirt want money back still said no refunds. They screwed up my order. Shirt is super stiff material to. Don't waste money on this place.
I bought a T-shirt that was way too big I tried to get it in a smaller size and I thought that I was able to make an even exchange I was told that I could not return the T-shirt because it was custom-made and that if I wanted to get another T-shirt I would have to pay half of what the T-shirt cost so that means I would been paying full price and then half price for one T-shirt which I didn't understand also I was unable to return the shirts for my refund back I don't understand this company
I received a $27 tee-shirt order from TeeNavi which had been sliced by a boxcutter in the mail. I requested an exchange or replacement as I had not received the item in good condition. They responded to tell me it was not their problem. They said it should have been checked for damage before accepting it. But they mailed it via USPS and so it was left in my mailbox, so how could it be inspected it or rejected?
To add insult to injury, the quality of the merchandise is very poor. The material feels like sandpaper and the screenprint quality is poor at best.
Do not order from this company. It delivers poor quality merchandise and even worse customer service. I would give this company a 0 star rating if it were possible.
I placed an order on 4/5/2020. I didn't hear anything for weeks, but I kept checking the site. Eventually it updated that I now had a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number on USPS it says they have not received the item. I sent an email to TeeNavi and received a response in broken English telling me my order was complete and to click on the link below. The link took me to the UPSP website which still stated they hadn't received anything. I have since twice sent them an email and still no response.
Placed an order for a poster, paying over $30 plus shipping. Months go by, no shipment. I contacted customer service, and they said there were delays due to Covid. More months go by, nothing arrived. I contacted customer service again, and this time they said that I had given an incorrect address (which I didn't), and that it couldn't be delivered. When I asked them to resend the product, they told me it wasn't their fault, offered a 20% off to reorder a new one- but without reimbursement for the original sale. I've never encountered a business that would just take your money, keep the product, and refuse to fix the problem, in a sense saying "oh well, too bad for you!" It's got to be a scam. Or a bunch of jerks, either way TeeNavi sucks, buyer beware!
Take your money and don't deliver. The tracking number they gave me FedEx didn't recognize, promised to sort it out and just didn't bother. Useless company.
Ordered this shirt for my husband. He absolutely loves it! It is exactly as described! Fit and design are great! Would definitely recommend this company!

I am contacting a lawyer and suing these people - I have sent two cease and desists to this site for using 20 of my images illegally on their products and they have ignored each DMCA notice. I have legitimate US copyrights on my art and the hosts of this site are liable for 150,000 per infringement as they did not respond to my DMCA take down notices as required by international law. ALL ART ON THIS SITE IS STOLEN - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CRIMINALS.
