Scam?

I placed an order on 4/5/2020. I didn't hear anything for weeks, but I kept checking the site. Eventually it updated that I now had a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number on USPS it says they have not received the item. I sent an email to TeeNavi and received a response in broken English telling me my order was complete and to click on the link below. The link took me to the UPSP website which still stated they hadn't received anything. I have since twice sent them an email and still no response.

Scam ***RUN***

POOR QUALITY, IT TOOK 1 MONTH FOR THEM TO PRINT 1 SHIRT AND THE WRITING WAS SO SMALL. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, PRODUCT DIDNT SHIP FOR ANOTHER WEEK. I THREATENED TO CALL MY BANK AND REPORT IT AS A FRAUD CLAIM, THEN A MIRACLE HAPPENED, MY TRACKING WAS UPDATED AND INHAD MY PACKAGE IN 2 DAYS.

I am contacting a lawyer and suing these people - I have sent two cease and desists to this site for using 20 of my images illegally on their products and they have ignored each DMCA notice. I have legitimate US copyrights on my art and the hosts of this site are liable for 150,000 per infringement as they did not respond to my DMCA take down notices as required by international law. ALL ART ON THIS SITE IS STOLEN - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

I bought this shirt as a gift to replace my boyfriend's old, worn, torn favorite shirt. A mistake was made on the order but the company was highly responsive and corrected the order quickly! Great shirt!

This is the 2nd GVF shirt I've ordered from TeeNavi. They print as you order so it take a week or 10 days but the shirts are nice, the printing is good, and it comes to you pretty quickly. They were also good about communicating with me about what would be the best color tshirt to have the graphic printed on. They are a good company and the shirts look nice and wash up well.

Ordering clothes online is always hit or miss, considering you can't size it or perfectly judge quality from a picture, but I ordered six things from Teenavi for my mother and sister, and I am so pleased with every one of them that I have added my own requests from this site to my wishlist. Good quality, both were very pleased with their gifts, I will definitely shop here again!

Don't buy from them

Order shirt sent wrong shirt with wrong picture on it, contacted them for refund told me they'll send me replacement at no charge and they don't refund. Told them I don't want shirt want money back still said no refunds. They screwed up my order. Shirt is super stiff material to. Don't waste money on this place.

I ordered a single tee back on 12/09, znd paid for expedited shipping, $12.95, more than half the cost of the shirt. I received an email 12/10 stating my shirt had been printed & was being "shipped to the shipping stage", whatever that means. I've still not received a shipping notification. When I reached out for an update I was told, "We are very sorry.
Your order has been completed, the package is being shipped to the shipping stage. Tracking code will be sent to your email when it's available.
We are trying to ship it to you before Christmas.
It is currently on holiday so our orders are overloaded.
We wish you sympathize with us.
Please wait for news from us." When a "business" asks for your sympathy because they cannot fulfill their obligations to the Customer, RED FLAG! I"m very curious as to why they haven't been able to ship a product that's been ready since 12/10. Their website alleges all products are printed here in the US, so it should have arrived now. Thankfully I had the sense to use PayPal so I will be reporting thus vendor & requesting a full refund. Incompetent, lying thieves.

Still waiting...

I order from places like RedBubble and TeePublic all the time and have never had an issue. This company is a joke. I should have known by the fact that practically nothing comes up when you do a Google Search for TeeNavi and they have no pages on social media. I only ordered from them because I found this t-shirt that would be perfect for my boyfriend for Christmas and no one else was selling it. I ordered it on December 2nd, and it said it would take 3 to 5 days to process and 7 to 10 days to ship. Perfect. Even if it took the longest amount of time given, I'd still get it about a week before Christmas.

Nope. It's December 20th and I'm still waiting. It hasn't even shipped yet.

I've sent two emails inquiring about the wait and I've gotten two generic responses written in broken English. I was asked to give them sympathy because it's the holidays and they're overwhelmed. I ordered my package on December 2nd and they had more than enough time to get it to me before the holiday rush if their processing and shipping time had been accurate. They were still accepting orders late as December 12th and guaranteeing them to arrive by Christmas, so I don't see how my package that was ordered 10 days before wouldn't have even shipped yet. Also, if they were so worried about being overwhelmed during the holidays, they need to hire more staff or change the approximate time given to process an order.

I still have four days so I still might get it in time but this process has been very unnecessarily stressful. I'm on a very tight budget and I've had to buy back up gifts in case it doesn't arrive in time for Christmas, which has made me spend more money than I was planning to. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

I received a $27 tee-shirt order from TeeNavi which had been sliced by a boxcutter in the mail. I requested an exchange or replacement as I had not received the item in good condition. They responded to tell me it was not their problem. They said it should have been checked for damage before accepting it. But they mailed it via USPS and so it was left in my mailbox, so how could it be inspected it or rejected?

To add insult to injury, the quality of the merchandise is very poor. The material feels like sandpaper and the screenprint quality is poor at best.

Do not order from this company. It delivers poor quality merchandise and even worse customer service. I would give this company a 0 star rating if it were possible.

After being told repeatedly that they could not do anything for this particular error, I wrote the previous negative review in March. I then got an offer that I could mail the shirt back, but had already gotten rid of it. Now 3 months later they just refunded my money without me having to return the shirt. Glad I got a refund, but the shirt should never have been printed, much less shipped without spell checking it, and it definitely should not have been this difficult or taken this long to get a refund. Just do the right thing and your business will continue to thrive.

WARNING: This company has lots of funny tee's, HOWEVER, Check all items for spelling errors BEFORE you pay!
They will NOT take responsibility for spelling errors on stock items and will NOT refund or correct the order! They do NOT use spell check or have ANY quality control in place during printing or before shipping (or apparently even in design)! I ordered a shirt with a stock image they created that had a lot of text on it. On my phones screen, it looked fine, but when I received the shirt, I realized one word was misspelled, in fact, it's not even a real word and they refuse to correct it or refund it! (Should be the word "born", but they printed it as "dorn"). Of the 3 shirts I purchased, one was okay and the other had random splatters from the printing as well as stains. Shoddy work. They are sending a replacement for the one with splatters and stains, but I'm not hopeful that it will be any better.
I'm hoping this information will save others the headache of spending $30 each on shirts that will end up in the trash! I've conversed via email with the company several times about this and they refuse to do anything to correct their spelling error.
