I've been shopping at TeeFury for several years now and I've always found their product selection and new ideas to be inspiring. Website is easy to navigate, ordering process is simple. Shipping takes a little longer to reach Canada however they've been able to find a service that keeps the costs WAY down compared to all others so I'm not complaining I love it. Overall - as always - an excellent shopping experience.
I've been a customer of TeeFury for years, buying tees and posters and spending many a hard-earned dollar. In LL that time I've only had one complaint and they immediately rectified the situation. It's hard to keep customers in an age where they can shop anywhere from the comfort of their own home, so the fact that I'm so loyal says a lot about their quality and service.

Their t-shirts are - for the price - pretty great quality and I've only once had a product I was unsatisfied with. On that occasion, it was due to a large-scale printing error and the company did get corrected replacements sent out to everyone who was affected.

I know the price the customer pays directly affects the processing / shipping. It's inexpensive, so lead times will be high (teefury needs to turn a profit). In a nutshell, I'm excited when I order but eventually forget that I've ordered something (until i get the order update emails).
It's always exciting to open a grab-bag package. I enter into these with some trepidation, but I've never yet been disappointed by my surprises. Of course, I buy these for my husband, and he'll wear anything, but it's nice when I'm also willing to be seen with him.
I bought a Bill Nye shirt and a unicorn shirt for my kids. They love them! My daughter got lots of compliments on her Can't de-Nye science shirt from random kids at school. My younger one won't wear hers to school because it says "I poop rainbows". LOL
I've order from TeeFury a few times and have always been satisfied. It sometimes takes a while to get your order, but it is always top notch. This last time I paid for the faster delivery and got it much quicker than they even said it would come.
I ordered two sweaters for Christmas 2016 on the last week of November 2016, and they arrived mid-January 2017! They say these are "made to order" yet guaranteed I would have my order by Christmas--never came. I demanded refund and tried to return. There is return address and they kept the money. Place should be SHUT DOWN. Awful quality as well.
I've debated forever whether to get the grab bag tees. They are very low priced. But if I hate them, what do I do with them? Mop the floor with them? Well, I finally decided to try a few. I was very pleasantly surprised - they are all good! They are the same good quality as my regular Teefury tees. I will definitely wear two of them outside the house. One is white but I will use it as a night shirt without creating nightmare for myself. So, the bottom line is that I'm willing to try more grab bag tees when they are being offered again. Yay!
Quality is ok, not as nice as I thought it would be, from previous items. Main problem for me really is the time to ship and arrive I the UK. Although i think it did say allow 4-6 weeks. I think it has been about 6. But the 'money off you next purchase' had expired 5 days before it arrived!
TeeFury has a great variety when it comes to available designs. They have all the good fan/pop culture designs but also a great selection of original designs. The print quality is always good and the shirts don't feel cheap at all. Every shirt I've purchased was well worth what I paid.
The customer service representative, Caitlin, was great! I had received several shirts that were poor quality prints. I wear these shirts in my show so they can't be funky. Caitlin handled it and was so thoughtful, that I continue to shop at Teefury. I almost gave up on you guys ;)
The products are great, I'va never had problems with the designs fading or cracking. Sizes can sometimes be wonky; I order both medium and small and some of the mediums fit tighter than some of the smalls. Shipping can take a bit, but this is expected when shirts are made to order. All in all, I am a ling-time repeat customer and will continue ordering.
I recently had an issue with a defective sweater I ordered from Teefury. I was helped by Erica P who quickly answered all of my questions and sent me a replacement for the defective item after receiving the pictures of it I sent her. She made the whole process easy and painless. Ive done business with Teefury for years and this is the first issue that Ive had. Im happy to say that the customer service is just as good as the products. Will absolutely continue to shop with the site.
Love the shirt designs, well constructed but the sizing runs a little small and the shirts will shrink so buy a size above what you normally wear. Delivery takes awhile but quality screen prints take time.
Absolutely piss poor excuse of a "company." Waited three weeks before finally emailing wanting a update to my order. 4 weeks total and nothing! Posted comments on their Instagram and Facebook and they were deleted and I was blocked! Pathetic scammers! Sweater arrived six weeks after I ordered and it's a cheap polyester thin piece of crap...
I've seen people complain about Teefury's customer service but it has never made sense to me. Every time I've had a problem Teefury has taken care of it in a way better than I expected. On top of that I've enjoyed their selection better than any other tee site. It's just a great company.
I've been a customer for years and I recommend this company. Teefury has a big selection of prints and other limited edition items like pins and posters. Everything is of a high quality. Every day there is two daily shirts for twelve bucks. My one gripe was shipping time but Teefury has really improved this. Top marks.
Shirt came in good time (2 weeks after order for intl. Which was great!). However: a bit of white smudging from production was visible under the text. Which was kind of unfortunate. Still OK quality though.
Bought as a present for a friend Stateside. Allowed extra time for manufacture but didn't need to as was printed and despatched within a week. Have been with TeeFury for a few years now (4 or 5?) and recommend to all my friends in the UK. Quality and service are brilliant. Keep up the good work guys!
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
