False Advertisement on Products' Pricing and Availability - I ordered on 12/13/08 three products Nikon camera, Canon camera and Garmin GPS. Within 10 minutes they were trying to call me, but I was on the phone with someone else.
When I did call back, they tried to sell me extra equipment and made it sound like I would regret it if I didn't get the extra equipment. A couple days later they cancelled my order and said the equipment was on back order and they would notify me when they had products in stock and not to reorder. I tried calling but they are closed on Saturday. I went on their web site and they still had the products for sale at the same or better pricing and stated the product was available. This site should be shut down for false advertisement!
Do not buy from this site - Expect phonec all trying to hard sell accessories, memory,, etc under the guise of confirmation of order. Sales persons rare ude, arrogant.
Website fails to mention product was grey market and documentation would be in Japanese
Expect order to be cancelled without notifcation. I had waited a reasonable amount of time, about 2 weeks, before I finally inquired, it then was I told they were unable to fill my order, yet product remains on website as available.
No customer service after repeated attempts. STAY AWAY, unless you like being abused.
Bad service, hang up on a call, cancel order with out notice, fault advertizing - i placed an order (Garmin Nuvi-750 In-Car Navigation GPS System�) through this web(http://www.techondigital.com/) enter all the billing and creditcard information
They cancel the order and did not notice me in any form. I call and find out. They said the order was cancel and then hungup on me.
Don't buy from this web site...
SCAM SITE TO GET YOU AND YOUR MONEY - ordered from them and they confired order but raised price from 189.99 to 299.00 and then told me it was not availiable to me for 6 to8 weeks and canceled my order... then told me they would sell me the same one for the higher price. What a crock. REALLY NO STARS FROM ME BUT HAVE TO RATE TO GET SITE TO WORK
