This guy Akshay is a Fraud, scamster. His nos. Is *******275. He takes advance, doesnt give you booking (because all of it is a FRAUD) and doesnt give any refund of your advance. Shows like he has a big team who is busy precessing your refund, but actually there's no one. Beware, book at your own peril.

Booked an overnight cab from Chandigarh to Jaipur through Aakash from TaxiBazaar. I don't know if the cab driver was high on something or just sleepy... but we couldn't sleep throughout the way in fear of a collision as his driving was totally off. The car was going haywire throughout the journey and on the top of that, the driver was totally ill-mannered and wasn't listening to anybody. He ended up colliding into another vehicle in an almost empty highway in the middle of the night but fortunately nobody was hurt. If we weren't awake all night, it would've further led to even more dangerous accidents. Rather than accepting his mistake and mending his ways, the driver kept on quarrelling all night. Nobody could sleep and spent the entire night in fear.

(All this is just the tip of the ice-berg and a brief description of the torture that we had to go through that night)

When I refused to pay the entire amount and complained to Taxi Bazaar on reaching Jaipur, Aakash stopped picking up my calls and Rahul (from TaxiBazaar itself) shunned the phone rudely. Highly unethical behaviour from TaxiBazaar employees. In fact they sent the taxi-stand owner to our place to harass us and blatantly stepped away from the entire matter. The least they could do is take some responsibility, register a complaint, black-list the taxi-owner and handle the matter as the cab was booked through them.

I advise the readers to never book a cab from this platform. It might come for cheap but comes with its own consequences. Their employees are nothing but nasty rogues... perhaps even worse than that driver.

I booked a taxi from Chandigarh to Kasauli for a day trip. I was looking at options on different taxi company websites when Rohit from Taxi bazaar called me back discussed details and gave me a rate higher than the taxi bazaar website and other portals, but since there was some rerouting etc I agreed. He picked my calls promptly during payment. Once the money went through there was no confirmation and he kept disconnecting my calls. When I called the helpline number and spoke to a rude Abhishek who was equally dismissive, Rohit then called back and said he was driving to work and could not take my calls. The driver details did not come through till 11:30 pm when I made the booking at 6pm and again my calls were disconnected. I just got a solitary message from Rohit's personal number "madam your booking is confirmed". The helpline number which is suppose to be 24/7 also was not picked up. When the driver details were sent I asked to cancel and refund my money. Rohit promptly does not reply to the several messages. I definitely did not want to take this taxi service they seem so unreliable and I was travelling with my 14 year old daughter only. The poor driver was also not informed who came to the hotel and was gracious and courteous. My booking money too id not return after several follow ups. Clearly customer service is not high on the priority of this company.

I have booked taxi from mumbai to gandevi for 25th dec'22 with 2 senior citizens & toddler while booking i have been asked to make advance payment of 500 which I paid through gpay however on day of travel taxi was not available and on continues follow up i have been informed due breakdown of taxi is not available, i have to manage my travel on my own since than I have been following up with taxi Bazzar for refund

Amazing service provided to me for punjab. Car was clean driver was courteous. Price friednly services

They lure customers with attractive pricing but once 500 advance paid its hard to get hold of them. I had to use chargeback method to get advance back

I recently booked my complete trip with TaxiBazaar. Starting from flights(Aurangabad to Delhi), hotels in Shimla, Manali, and Dharamshala. Everything was perfect.The driver (Ajay)allocated to me was very professional. Overall 5 on 5

The advanced booked taxi didn't show up at the arrival time and date for picking up our elderly parents at the New Delhi Airport neither did anyone care to call them or there was any sign of the taxi driver at the airport pickups. Apparently, it took more than the 30 mins to even get connected to the customer service. Poor integration with the booking.com.
Beside, giving the referral number and booking Id, the customer support agent wasn't able to pull up passenger's details, in-fact the CS (Name: Mounaf) was so Nonchalant that he was only focused on defending the service and blaming the elderly customer for not filling up the flight details which we assumed were already there since we got the confirmation email with the booking reference Id and payment for the booked taxi.
My question is why would you charge a customer in the first place if the customer flight details and pick/drop-off weren't already there?

This is a fraudulent company, they ask you for advance to book your cab and once you have paid the advance their attitude changes, they do not own any cabs, they then start calling other companies asking for cabs to forward your booking. Their driver once you board will ask for more money giving 100s of reasons, if you ask to cancel and demand a refund they don't even bother replying and will stop answering your calls. I have had the worst experience with them and I will not recommend them to anyone.
Pay more book professional companies don't get in their trap

After booking Taxi and payment done. Taxi bazar people never respond the phone call. False commitments, no punctuality. They have no Taxis. After booking they start searching taxi and make too much late in confirmation of taxi details. I was in a 5 days trip. 3rd day of our trip on the way to Haridwar at around 5am near Noida, Taxi driver was forcing me to change the taxi because he has to drop some other passenger to Simla. Overall my experience was not good with Taxi Bazar.

The most pathetic and horrible service by any cab booking company. Taxi bazzar is only concerned with their commission after booking they don't even care about customer.
Cabs provided by them are not even aware about trip and booking details or any fare details.
My life's most pathetic and desaster trip I have is through cab booking with Taxi bazzar only.
I don't recommend anybody to book their cabs through this site or app if they want to enjoy their trip with peaceful mind.
Their staff and cab drivers are very rude and talking nonsense and even use abusive language.
I give them -1Billion rating if it is possible.
My trip through Taxi Bazzar was horrible and suggest to other's don't even try to take risk at all.

I have used their service several times, and I was never disappointed.
Recently I took the ride with Lovedeep chauhan from Gurgaon to Punjab and he was such a polite and professional driver. Apart from this, You can book the cab easily and at an unbeatable price. Finally, I would give 5 star rating for the safety, comfort and politeness of the drivers. Kudos :)

Don't book cabs from this website. The employees are very rude and won't help you at all. The rides are not confirmed until the last minute. The drivers will stop the ride midway (between a highway) and ask for extra money to start the trip again. The company should hire more professional employees and improve its HR team. WORST WORST WORST!
