I Placed my order on November 5th, 2020. And as soon as I placed it, the order confirmation receipt appeared and immediately disappeared. I checked my email and noticed that I never received the confirmation email from Tarusoft.com. I tried emailing them on the email on their website and the email on PayPal (totally different emails). Thank God I ordered through PayPal and they are currently investigating. Never order through Tarusoft.com.
Why isn't zero stars an option... or negative stars? We NEED a negative stars system for this experience! I agree with the other posts from this site. Tarusoft.com appears to be a scam. I ordered a booster seat and payed through PayPal in early October. After a few weeks of waiting for the item I sent an undeliverable email to their fake customer service address. I also emailed the email address registered with PayPal with no response. I left three voicemails on their customer service number that were not returned over a period of two weeks. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal. I'm disappointed that PayPal hasn't stopped servicing this "company" with so many complaints. I guess the recipients of the money are earning interest on our money while they wait out the PayPal grievance process. And meanwhile... I don't have the booster seat I need to keep my child safe while I wait and hope that PayPal will refund my money. Disappointing.
I purchase $100 dollars worth of furniture on this site and it's a scam do not buy.

And have no real customer service number. There is no tracking and I never received my purchases. Looks like a legit site but nothing about it is real but even the email address that is provided you will get an error message when trying to send an email as well.
Paid through PayPal, never received item. No response to emails or message. Have filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund.
Most importantly, there is NO Tarusoft. The phone number is never answered, any attempt to reach customer service through their web site bounces. Paypal is an unwitting accomplice, as it is the only payment they accept. The scam is simple: Post a legitimate-looking web site with products taken from other sites, take "orders," keep $$. Hard to believe Paypal keeps them as a customer with so many claims of fraud, but as of this date they apparently do. Without Paypal, they can't pull this off!
Update: PayPal did their due diligence and refunded our money. Hopefully they ceased handling sales for these people too.
I called my bank to get refunded since the emails on the receipt and site bounced back and i also opened a fraud claim against whoever set up this site! Do not order from Tarusoft!
Ordered multiple items. Never received anything. All contact info is fake. Not sure how this site is still up.
I ordered an office chair through this scam website. Paid through Paypal. I have recieved nothing from these scumbags. It is a completely fake website that Google was more than happy to place at the top of their page. Money is money, right? Feel free to destroy the gmail address they use to rip people off. Search the "customer service" number and the. Com and you will find multiple complaints.
