Awful service. My 15 year guarantee on my expensive Astini tap, actually equates to a 6 month guarantee as nothing seems to be covered via 15 years. 6 months for all working parts (really?) and even though aerator fell off after 9 months, still not prepared to replace. Not even with the tap discolouring would they support. Yes they might be price competitive, but their after service is shocking.
I was easily able to check if tap and fittings would fit my new sink. I wanted to change from the standard sink drainer to copper. Also tap arrived damaged but replacement was sent out immediately before I'd even returned the damaged tap. Great granite sink, copper tap and copper sink drainer. All looks beautiful in my kitchen and very functional.
The quality and price of these bib taps are amazing… nowhere else will be able to match the price for what I paid for them. The delivery is right up there with the best for informing you and delivery exactly on time. Thank you

It's always difficult to tell the quality of things when you can only see pictures, but I can honestly say we have not been disappointed. The quality of the Caple Avel tap & Caple Form sink are superb! Customer service has been excellent too - I can't recommend this company any more highly.
Bought 2 taps from them, didn't dispatch at first, I called them and was told to wait for a month or 2, which is acceptable, as long as the items are ok (guess what, they are not!). The items arrived with nasty sockets, which had rust, old solder marks and dirt. Called them for a return and refund. They try to fool me that this is normal and pretend to contact the manufacturer and make excuses. After 3,4 calls I gave up (they dont respond to emails btw), and I have to open a disbute via paypal. Paypal forced them to provide return service, but they didnt refund even when returning is done. Paypal finally gave the refund when disbute time ends. Cant imagine how much time is wasted over this nounsense company and no words can express my anger. AVOID at all costs.
Great service and great product. The purchase and delivery were very easy and customer service kept me informed along the whole process. The 2 guys who delivered the sink were very courteous and helpful.
Good communication - the item we ordered was out of stock, informed quickly of situation and of restocking and delivery by GOOD Customer Service Lady. Item arrived as promised, extremely well wrapped for safety. Just got to wait for the Plumber to fit!

Great tap, very happy, unfortunately the flex pipes were a lot shorter than previous tap, so had to adjust the pipe work, which was a pain. Can't fault the product.
I inadvertently ordered the wrong colour but the delivery was caught in time and the order corrected very promptly without the slightest hint of criticism of my error. Delivery was exactly as promised.
