Bought 2 taps from them, didn't dispatch at first, I called them and was told to wait for a month or 2, which is acceptable, as long as the items are ok (guess what, they are not!). The items arrived with nasty sockets, which had rust, old solder marks and dirt. Called them for a return and refund. They try to fool me that this is normal and pretend to contact the manufacturer and make excuses. After 3,4 calls I gave up (they dont respond to emails btw), and I have to open a disbute via paypal. Paypal forced them to provide return service, but they didnt refund even when returning is done. Paypal finally gave the refund when disbute time ends. Cant imagine how much time is wasted over this nounsense company and no words can express my anger. AVOID at all costs.

Poor returns service
November 29, 2017

Sink purchased was too small. I had to return £160.99 sink at my own expense costing me £34. Company will not give me a refund as say the sink was returned damaged and I should claim from courier. Sink was well protected and I think i have been conned. I do not trust and do not recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've constantly been given the run around by this company and promised my order would be delivered, only to find out it hasn't arrived and then I need to chase it up again and again.

I ordered products that were available online according to their website, only after 6 days getting told, after I phoned up, that they were out of stock and they were waiting for more. I was promised I would be receiving them in the next two days. Guess what no order received and I'm chasing them up again to be told I'd receive the order the next day. Guess what? Nothing.

I'm furious with this company. It seems to be a very common thing to advertise products as available then keep you customer waiting as long as you want to get the actual items they thought you had in stock. I've just got kitchen cupboards put in and was wanting these lights in time for Christmas. I'd have thought two weeks would have been long enough. Wrong again.

The irony of this is that I placed an original order at a company that did exactly the same thing. They said that the products should have been marked as out of stock on their website when I ordered them (they weren't). I found the same products on taps uk 'available' I cancelled my original order so I could place the new order with Taps and so receive my lights. What a joke that was!

Avoid at all costs, and don't believe anything you see on their website about items being in stock.

Ordered sink on 1st Oct for a delivery of 9th Oct. After waiting in all day, sink didn't turn up. Still waiting for delivery. They charge a minimum £1.53/min to ring up to complain. They take your order and your money for goods they don't have. In process of trying to recover money via credit card company. Do not waste your money ordering from this site!

Never in my life have I ever has this type of bad service
Order a unit which said 7days delivery 5wks gone past nothing. They said they didn't have in stock.
Finally when it came wrong order arrived. Its now 7 wks and I still don't have my items. I have lost money as my customer is unhappy at my choice of company I picked and lost a lot of money. I don't know what to do. I feel this TAP UK ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WILL. PLS PLS NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED

Probably the best delivery service I have ever received. The sink I purchased is fantastic and compared to other retailers offering the same item cheaper by up to £100!

Update
Just when we thought it was all going to workout despite taps UK refusing to help, we discovered that the waste set they sent us with our sink is wrong! The sink has waste hole with 60mm diameter and the set sent is the standard 90mm. Oh and guess what you can't find anywhere, yep waste sets of that diameter! Admitted defeat and went and bought a sink at B & Q, now fitted and working great! Any one want to buy a sink that you can't get parts for? In case you're wondering, deafening silence from Tapsuk re our complaints. NO SURPRISE THERE!

Ordered a sink and tap and this was delivered as promised. Checked we had everything and that sink was in good condition. When we came to fit it 2 weeks later we discovered the clips they had sent were either the wrong ones or they were incomplete as there was no way to fit them to the sink. No problem we thought, quick phone call should sort that out. What a laugh. We hung up after 20 minutes on the premium rate line and sent a message through their ticket system. Eventually received a very patronising reply saying they couldn't be responsible after the 7 day period if we had "misplaced items". But we could order a set of clips which we would have to pay for plus postage! While we were waiting for them to come back to us we'd managed to get in touch with the manufacturer of the sink - Franke - and hats off to them, they sent us a packet of the correct clips free of charge. Taps UK may seem cheap if nothing goes wrong, but any savings on price are quickly eradicated should you need to call them and pay to replace incorrect items they have sent you.
I would avoid at all cost in future

Tapsuk.com Do not use this company
The service offered by this company is the worst I have ever had. The after sales service is only email based and after several emails and giving my contact number for them to call me I have still not spoken to a person. I have waited 14 days for goods to arrive and still no sign. These goods were shown as in stock and delivery 3 to 5 days. I have had 2 promised delivery dates and to compound matters they use panther logistics for whom reviews are not very good. So to me it is a poor supplier working with a poor delivery company. Total recipe for disaster
