I Canceled my Subscription last night. Before I could get off the App, someone at Customer Service tried to join 3 Pornography sites paying with my Debit Card. Well my Credit Union. Was flagged and they put a Stop on my Debit Card. I am on 100 percent disability and I can't drive. Thank you for causing me to call a Taxi to go and replace my Debit Card. I guess your Dating Site will do anything for Money. Social Media will know about this Situation, so will the BBB.

The service was quick and easy for me to understand, as well as encouraging and the agent communicating with me was polite and never made me feel guilty for canceling a subscription (which wasn't any fault of the app or the users, just my own). Also they're very understanding and compassionate.

I've stayed up late way too many times thanks to amazing Livestreams on Taimi. It's amazing how they give the LGBTQ+ community such a big stage, such a strong voice. They also manage to innovate, for example I had never heard of "Versus" style livestreams before I came on here. Instead of an individual stream, you have collective streams where it's one streamer against the other.

It is good but need a bit fixings or refining on a few things like sending a message, trying to refind a person you know, knowing if they dislove you, trying to know if they glitch out or just left and if they disappear outta know were on your like list. Hope this helps

To search for someone in the app, you can use the looking glass in the top-right corner of the Messages section. When someone unmatches with you, they simply disappear from your Message list; we don't issue any kind of notifications for safety and privacy reasons.

I know we have to purchase the premium services, but is necessary to see it each time we open the app? Not sure if all of us wanted to buy it, it's kinda annoying. Also this app doen't have any section where I can see people near me like in grindr, the opposite only show the section like/unlike it's good to have it, but I'd like to see more options to find people. I know that I'm using the fee account but the filters must be more flexible than currently are.

The section that lets me find a match is slow its like a delay or something and it won't let me swipe back incase I accidentally skip someone that you like. Also in the notification when I will checkout the profile of someone that liked my profile, it is easy to accidentally click heart or like when I scroll down to see the details in their profile.
I think the developer should add a section that enables us user to view the one that we like or heart. Also you should let us choice a theme or mode like, dark mode or light mode, because other user like me don't like dark theme/mode.

This feature is available to XL users only, but you can earn Rollbacks by spinning the Fortune Wheel if you open the app every day. All features of the app effectively require a subscription to use. While you can view profiles in the scrolling view, someone who has liked you from their view is unable to be interacted with unless you pay $5 per week for a subscription. Specifically, for example, you cannot chat with anyone.

Allow us to clarify - chatting with other users in our platform is absolutely free. But to be able to message someone, you need to match with them first. A match occurs when two people like each other.
As such, liking, matching, and therefore, chatting with users in the Taimi platform does not require any subscriptions or payments.
A subscription is only required if you wish to access your incoming likes list directly without waiting for a match.

The app is very good for a start... only for that.
What I will describe have been happening a lot of times lately:
I get in contact with somebody using the app. We started to chat very nicely. All of a sudden the chat disappeared. Looking for an explanation, I look at "Mutual likes" and I found that the person blocked me (?).
There was absolutely not a single disrespectful word in our conversation, not from me nor from my (new) friend.
We did not exchange any personal information. Just conversation.
This happened at least 4 times already, of course, with different people.
What is wrong with this app? Is that a punishment for not using the paid version?
I am absolutely annoyed with Taimi. I am sure that the explanation is not from the friend blocking me, but instead from an algorithm from the app that measures (maybe) the amount of messages and blocks the contacts unless you pay them. Let me be paranoid for a moment!

I paid 15.98 for their Silver that virtually does not allow you to contact or receive replys! Then they want you to upgrade at a ridiculous additional cost to their Gold plan!
I requested a refund within their 48 hr acceptable time frame and after like 12 emails back n forth was still denied my money back! DO NOT TRUST THIS RIPOFF SITE WITH YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I tried the free app for about 15 minutes, then cancel it. I have since been charged 4 times. I have disputed with the company and they say I don't have an account. 10 plus emails and every other one tells me to cancel my account or that I don't have an account. I have now disputed it with my bank. I had to cancel my card and now wait 7-10 days for a new bank card. Don't use this app! Youll get ripped off!

I'd like to clarify that having an account is one thing and having a subscription is another. The app is free in its basic version, which means that subscriptions are completely optional. Furthermore, deleting your account will not cancel your subscription because it is managed by an external service (Google Play or iTunes, for example). That is why you were charged after deleting your account.

I can't understand how the app works! You may have to add some tips and please stop spamming the XL plan, someone can't afford it.
It's hard to message people, and there isn't a valid security level. Add a phone verification or an email verification else everyone can join the community even bad people. The app can be easily spammed by bots.
I think you have to add some features to the free plan and make the XL plan cheaper.
A pretty good app but it needs to have some substantial improvements. When you will fix what I said I will leave four stars to the app.

For a app it very money demanding as soon as you sign in get asked to pay silver for $$$ you cant even view a like you have to pay $$$ if you run out of taps you have to wait 18 hours or pay $$$ and when you can tap again its the same profiles you swipe as not a like so basically you see the same profiles every also the marketing $11.99 a week or $623 a year is a serious rip off save your money customer service is terrible when you runout of likes you get spammed 321 go go not once 10 times then customer service wants screen shots when you report scammers they are still there. There is even a page created for older guys for younger lovers the heading made for pedo s report it nothing done al so its not a great app as they say

Taimi might look like a great app and advertises for free but you can't do anything but look at pics unless you pay a rediculous price to join. Please stop saying your a free app!. Shouldn't have to pay all that money just to find a date!

Lots of profiles but all we're from Mexico which is not my location. Age range very young matches not quite accurate. Will reevaluate before paying for subscription

It's possible that your location isn't being displayed correctly. The first step is to check if Taimi is allowed to access your location in your device's settings, and then restart the app. That should work, but if after you've done this the issue persists, please, let us know at support@taimi.com and we'll correct your location.
