They messed up my order twice, gave me a size I didn't order first and then after a painful long process of getting ahold of someone to do an exchange, they sent a random different color I didn't order! I wouldn't order from them ever again! Such a pain!
Tafford use to be pretty reputable, now it is a huge hassle to return and exchange any items. You have to call for a RMA# in order to return anything, good luck, took forever on hold to get a customer service rep. Sent in my items to be exchanged on Oct 30th and to date (Dec 15th) I have yet to recieve my exchanges or any notification from their company on what the delay was. Been calling everyday to inquire, and their reps are so busy they can't even answer! On hold again for 30 minutes... Will never use them again.
Ok so before i gave this website a terrible review because i was suppose to get an order from them on august 19 even though i ordered on august 1st but it turns out the item was out of stock and i did not read it when i ordered so it when it finally came back in stock august 9th it was shipped out to me august 11 and i received it august 14 sent to me through their UPS innovation shipping method so if it is available and in stock it should take nore more than 4 to 5 business days to receive I am in NY.
Ordered 8 pieces from this company. The website stated that 1 of the items was out of stock for another 3-5 days. They stated that everything would ship all at once. No big deal I thought. Well 3 weeks later and no package was ever delivered. I contacted the company due to the fact that I had received no correspondence whatsoever telling me what was taking so long. They stated that item was still out of stock. I told them that they should at least send the other 7 items. They told me no because when I ordered I was informed that everything would be shipped together. I was also told that it would only be out of stock for 3-5 days! I finally received my items 7 weeks after I ordered them. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never order from Tafford again.
They have absolute terrible costumer service! Placed an order 2/13 called them 2/19 and they tell me 3 things are on back order but I can have the other stuff shipped if I pay an extra freight charge. Not sure how long it would have been but obviously they had no intentions contacting me. Might save a little money ordering but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for! 6 weeks to receive your order! So frustrating!
You can't beat Tafford's brand tops. All of the Tafford brands are kept in stock so they ship fast. As low as $3.98 for super cute prints. Quality is great-they wash up nice and last. You can usually find coupon codes to make their deals even sweeter.
I made an order with them using a coupon code they sent me via email. They were also running a promotion on their website for a free tote bag. However, they didn't honor the promotion because I used the coupon code from the email. When I made the order, the bag was there. Customer service told me I couldn't stack promotions. Really greedy bunch of jokers!
Terrible stay away. Called to ask where my order was and was told it was cancelled and has to be reorderd from manufacturer. I had no emails to update me reagarding the delay. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered,, Never again
I think Tafford.com is a scam. If they aren't a scam, then they really don't give a cr*p about their customers. I placed an order 3/23 and today, May 2nd, I finally received some of them items I ordered. When I initially placed the order I received an email that one of my items was backordered until whatever date. I figured, okay... they'll ship the rest of my multi-item order and send that item when it becomes available. Not the case. After not receiving anything for a week or two, I emailed them and asked what the story was. I was then told that many of my items were on backorder and their policy was to not ship until "most items were available". When I complained that was unacceptable they offered to ship the items they had and I agreed as I was starting a new job soon and needed the scrubs. Well, the scrubs didn't make it in time for me to use to start my new job and I ended up going out and buying new scrubs for my new job. I'm planning to return everything to Tafford's, and no doubt they will probably jerk me around on refunding my money. Steer clear of this company because their business style really stinks.
The quality of these Tafford tradename scrubs is phenomenal, they have double stitching everywhere, bar tacks at pockets, strong fabrics, lots of choices. They tell you up front that their sizes are generous, and they are, you may need to go down a size when you order. I have always gotten my orders in a timely manner, never had a backorder delay the rest of my order, and had no problems with returns or exchanges. They have the best clearance sales, prices really go down.
Placed an order on November 20th. The order stayed in "Credit Card Authorized" status until the 28th when I received an email from customer service stating that part of the order was on backorder (so they apparently held the entire order which is crap anyway) and said it would ship approximately January 18th. Completely unacceptable, especially for the company to wait so long to notify me, as well as the fact that there website has the ability to tell you if items aren't in stock. All of my order was "in stock" items. Apparently they suck at web maintenance. The site said to respond if I wanted to change the order, which I promptly said go ahead and ship the items that were in stock. No response what soever. I then called on December 4th. Customer service told me that my order was expected to ship in the next 24-48 hours (minus one item from the order). The agent had no idea what happend with that item, but said that the rest of my order was ready to ship. It is now the 15th and NOTHING. No updates, no order, and I can't even log into my account anymore. Its as if they just removed my account from their system. This is the worst experience I have ever had with online ordering from anywhere. Worst of all, the scrubs were part of a birthday gift for my girlfriend and today is her birthday. This company is absolutely horrible in the customer service realm, and in business practices in general.
I placed an order with Taffords Uniforms on May 14th, I called twice to ask for a followup. I was answered that my order was going to arrive today.
Instead, as of May 23th, I was informed by email that the 10 items I ordered were cancelled...
This is a more than dubious way to condcut business and I will make sure I spread the word about this unacceptable practice.
I think they are greedy and crooked. I ordered over 128.00 dol in uniforms when i received the uniforms they were to big so my inital thought was not to go thru the hassle of reorderin, just get a refund to my debut. They already had in mind what they wanted me to have when i notified them i was returning the merchandise only 53.00 was deposited, they will resell the product for the orignal price and make a nice profit from me. It is so sad that people find ways to keep from losing when the answer is to always do the right thing and try to be fair. Well i do hope they become very rich for 75.00
Answer: It took 3 weeks for them to process my order and 7 weeks to fill it. This company is horrible and scams everyone that orders from them. Just check out their horrible reviews.
Answer: Save yourself some trouble and order elsewhere. I ordered on July 26 and have yet to receive an email with shipping info even after multiple emails to customer service. If I ever get my scrubs, I'll let you know about sizing, but we both might be retired by then.
