I ordered a flower arrangment for a very ill 93 year old lady who was hospilalize on Mother's Day, she's not a Mother but very special the flowers were to make her feel as special if she was. Well we waited and waited no flowers, this was a total disappointment. I came home and checked my email, nothing! So i email the company. They reply to me,''we didn't have enough of the flowers you ordered to make the arrangment". These people waited until i email them to let me know this after waiting all day for the delivery, not even a email of apology. These people took money from my account for a product that wasn't received and surely didn't apologize for there bad services.
