I ordered the card for my son to pick up at store. I DID NOT pay any shipping charges but the card was sent to me in Pennsylvania. I received it yesterday. Now I must turn it around and pay shipping to send it back down to Sumter S.C and it will not arrive in time for Christmas for my granddaughter. Not too happy about the entire transaction!

My order was shipped to another person in a different state with the same name. It took almost two weeks to receive my order.

Size 4 3/4 fit perfectly
Size 4 1/4 was too tight- had to use metal snips and hammer to get them to fit.

Everything went well and the package was received as expected.

Easy to order and got quickly. Product was perfect - replacement piece for my daughter's bridle.

I called the Tack Room to let them know I had not received my Quick Braids yet, and was getting nervous as I had let a certain pony's mane go wild in the excitement of trying this product for braiding. Without hesitation they overnighted me the product and said they would deal with the lost first package they had sent. Wow! And...the Quick Braids arrived and ready to do their magic!

I am extremely satisfied with the service. You have had what I needed & it arrived in record time. We have 20 therapy horses and a few are older a you have helped up keep them healthy.

She confirmed that the store had the larger size to try and mailed it out very promptly, including a return label for whichever size we decided to return.
