Bit slow of response when the item wasn't in stock or back order but you counter it back with excellent customer service when contacted

I like shopping at Tackle Direct. They are computer friendly and shipping is fast. This is the way shopping online is suppose to be. Great company!

Best cost on shipping and product that I could find on the web (I was looking for a specific bag). Easy to order and well packaged.

Item took too long to get to me. The site did not shoot item was not in stock until after I had already placed my order.

I ordered a Shimano GLF pole I couldn't find really anywhere else. It's one of my favorite poles now. Tackle Direct made that happen.

A little disappointed you were out of Trevala rods.
While shoppi g there was a code for free shipping but then it went away on the billing page.

Order June 22, didn't ship until three and a half weeks later! Couldn't contact by phone or email, it wasn't until I texted.

I ordered the wrong fly line for my brother, Tackle Direct did a great job replacing it with the correct line.

Order took a long time to arrive, however,tackle direct did have access to items that others did not. Also good prices.

Package was shipped separately due to items not being in stock as promised. But happy to have received available stock promptly

Ordered some surface irons and yo-yo's, looks good so far just need to rip some lips and I'll be more satisfied.
