You charge too much for shipping. I should get free shipping if I spend more than $100-$150. Product was out of stock...took over 2 months to get.

I ordered some lures and they came with a free promotional item that arrived much later, but that was fine with me.

Sent email regarding why I was being charged for shipping since my order was over $99. I did not receive a response.

Good Company, fast response, some times price is little bit higher than others, fast shipping, good choice for one stop online shopping.

The only bad thing is shipping with USPS...they always screw up something. Apparently a car dealership is a difficult place to find.

The Accurate Valiant rod I ordered broke during it's initial outing. I send an email communication to TakleDirect, but have not received any reply.

Local tackle shop for me that caters to surfcasting. They have just about everything I'm looking for.

I didn't receive a email back until I contacted yall through Facebook...but after that all went smooth.
