For the second time they have divided my order and then overcharged what the total should have been. I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes to try to resolve this issue over the phone.

I had made an online order from tackledirect.com for over $1500 and I received shipment only worth $1000. All my balance items that was worth $550 have not been shipped, or shipped they shipped it elsewhere! (All these items were in stock and too).
I have been frantically trying to get in touch with Tackledirect since almost the last 35days with literally hundreds of phone calls to their toll free and multiple emails. But there has been ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from their end. It has been over a month and my orders haven't been delivered to me.
I am extremely disappointed with their customer service support and their irresponsible behaviour.! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE!

I like buying from Tackle Direct. Have bought several freshwater rods and reels. Sometimes slightly higher priced...most times equal to others...but often lower priced. Very good customer service and prompt shipping if it's currently in stock. Will always check here before buying.
Order came in two shipments, that was not clear with original shipping notification. Quick call to customer service clarified that rods were drop shipped from manufacturer. Second delivery arrived within time frame stated.
Some items showed to be in stock when placing the order and they were actually out of stock. Still received full order before my planned trip so all is well. Overall, very happy with shopping experience.

It is a good place to get almost every type of tackle that you want. And if you ever have any problems with an order, they have the best customer service which gives me peace of mind, especially during the summer months when people start buying everything out.
My order came in damaged. I tried contacting customer service SEVERAL times for help through email and phone, but no one would return my email or call to assist. Now I'm stuck with a broken rod...lesson learned.
Tackle direct was good. Postal service... not so much. Waited like 3 weeks for a package from approximately 30 miles away. I would have drove down to your shop and picked up the order had I know it would have taken so long. We fished many offshore trips before my order arrived. Lesson learned.
Your website is a little more congested than the typical fishing store website. So, it takes a little longer to find what you are looking for. But, I 've always received my products on time with no packaging errors.
Customer service contacted me about an item that was out of stock and could either ship when availed or substitute another item. This tells me there may be real people looking at your orders and offering human solutions instead of some AI irresponsible reply.

I enjoy using the site for things I can't find locally. I would like to see an explanation on some of the unavailable items as to whether it's permanent or that they'll be back in stock some day. I've noticed this with certain reel types. Penn torque most recently.
