My shipment was late and I paid for shipping, so I emailed you with my concerns. I received my order and on top was a coupon for $15.00 off my next order, which covered my shipping, thanks.

In international orders, what one appreciates is the delivery time, because it evaluates the cost of freight vs the speed of delivery and in many cases the payment Is justified.

Order was cancelled and have still not received a refund.

Ordered new trout rod. Communication was good, item was back ordered, but order was filled quickly and arrived in heavy protection tube. Nice trout rod.

I need to put on your website that that stuff is shipped to the US mail and not UPS like it says on your website because I have a PO Box not a mailbox when I ship it to my Home it automatically goes to another town to the post office and not to my post office or not to my house so you need to change your website and say USPS Postal Service

The size that I thought i was buying was a little deceiving. The picture and the actually product I receive was really small. Will try again to order something.

Wish I knew how the sizes run sometimes xl is to small and
Sometimes xxl is to big. Hope the sleeves are long enough.

I received my order quickly. Tackle Direct was the only place that I could find the reel that I was looking for. The pricing was very reasonable and competitive.

We knew the product, so that was fine, but the shipment did not include the full item described. We emailed immediately, but did not receive an answer.

I placed order for reel, line and pole. Reel and line came but no pole. When I went to website and asked when I could expect the pole I got no response until it was shipped.

Most of the order shipped promptly. 2 rods were back ordered I understood this when I placed the order. The back order shipped when promised, and All was as I expected.

The combo I received was slightly different than what was ordered.
I thought I was getting the pursuit combo but instead I received the Passion combo with pink trim.
Ill keep this for my daughter.

My order had shown delivered however I didn't receive it on the date that it said it was delivered. I ended up getting it the Day after it had shown being delivered.

I ordered merchandise listed as available. 80% of what I ordered was shipped. The remaining 20% was out of stock. I wish I would have known that when I ordered.
